Hi, I have used all of the 5 computers that I can authorize for my ipod and all of those computers have since died. Is there a way to deauthorize a computer without having the actual computer to do it from?
I do not want to delete all of them because my ipad is connected to my account (that is the only one that I still have), but I want to transfer all of the music from my ipod to my itunes account so I can put on my new iphone.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.

5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.

You are out of luck, then. You cannot track it, Apple cannot help you (btw, this is not Apple here.) You can't set up Find My Phone after the iPad is gone.
Notify the police. Change all your passwords. Buy a new iPad.
Perhaps your insurance will cover the loss for you, so speak with your insurance agent.

It wont work on the 3rd one anyway because its so old and limited it crashes every time I try. But I need this on my 2 good computers.

One way could be to reinstall it on the third computer and then deactivate it and uninstall it.

You cannot yourself deauthorize a computer that's not working or to which you no longer have access. You can authorize a total of up to five systems, so unless you've hit that limit it's probably not really important that you deauthorize your dead unit now. Once you reach five total authorizations, a button will appear in your iTunes Store account that will allow you to deauthorize all your systems, so that would at that time recover the now-useless authorization.
If for some reason you really feel you need to deauthorize a system and you're not at the five-system limit, you can try contacting the iTunes Store customer support department through their Contact form (follow the on-screen instructions) and explaining the problem to them. They might be willing to clear your authorizations for you.
