How can I define the page of new tab instead of a blank page ?

I would like to define define the page of new tab instead of a blank page but without having to install a new extension.

I know how to set my homepage for when opening firefox, but I can't find how to make newly opened tabs automatically load my homepage. Can this be done? Seems like opening a new tab only allows a blank page to load.

I want firefox to open the home page when i open a new tab instead of a blank page.

whenever i open a new tab, it shows me a blank page. i want firefox to go to my home page as soon as i click on new tab button.

If you want to have a choice of blank or homepage in a new tab, there is a simple way around this.
Open the Customize window and put the Home button on toolbar if not already.
Use the middle-click (scroll wheel on mouse) on Home button to open your homepage in a new tab, whenever you want homepage to load in a new tab.

You have to set up a number range, decide what type of Financial transactions should not be invoiced -- like Dunning Charges

Another way of opening the home page in a new tab is to middle click on the home button in the navigation toolbar.

You can open the Customize window and drag the New Tab (+) button form the tab bar on another toolbar. It will become a regular New Tab toolbar button.
Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"

How can I define the intermittency factor of a signal?

Hi everyone,
I want to ask how can I determine the intermittency factor of any signal.
The intermittency factor is a ratio of the time of high frequency distortion in the signal to the total time of the signal. So, Intermittency=time_turbulent / time_total.
I have attached an image file and original vi with source vis to show the high distortion time in blue lines. I want to determine the total time of these distortion in the blue lines. Then I will divide this total time corresponding the high level distortions in the blue lines by the total time of the signal to calculate the intermittency.
How can I achieve this? Could you please help me? Regards,

It is not clear to me whether your problem is (1) how to measure the time or (2) how to determine the presence of the high frequency distortion. The counters to which Paul B. referred are related to (1). I cannot look at your VI from home, so I do not know what you have tried.
You generally get better help on this Forum if you ask very specific questions. Asking someone to do the whole job for you, especially when you have not provided all the specifications, is much less likely to get you the help you want.

Unless you have an extension installed that changes the new tab page, changing the zoom level for the page will change the size of the tiles and show more. The limit is set to 3 rows by 5 columns by default (if you zoom out the page/shrink the tile sizes sufficiently, the number of tiles are limited to that setting). If you want to change those values:

How do I Permanently remove a tab that is called "new tab" but is a Blank Page?

Every time I turn my computer on, I click my Firefox icon in taskbar at bottom, BUT, not only does my homepage tab show up, but lately I have been seeing another tab showing up beside it called "New Tab" but it is Blank. I don't how it all of a sudden showed up, but I can't seem to get rid of it. I right click & "close tab", but I have to do this every time I turn on my computer. Isn't there a way to Permanently Remove this Tab so it doesn't keep showing up on my Tab Bar?

Unfortunately that was empty too. The Firefox upgrade at that time seemed to wipe an awful lot of stuff. After searching, re-installing etc, whatever was suggested, I gave up. It was a while back. I will remember your suggestions if it ever (hopefully not) happens again though. I did have a very old bookmarks backup, but that would not import, so I did use bits of it manually but it had saved as a massive merged line of sites without my folders, so was a bit too much to fiddle with. The loss of the classical music sites was what I regretted most, no idea what they were called and cannot find some of them now. Ah well, no point in fretting about it now I suppose.
