How can I delete an iCloud account off my iPhone 5 with iOS 7?
I have an iPhone 5 that's been updated with iOS 7 and am wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to delete another persons iCloud account off my phone without knowing the password and only using my iPhone to do it as I don't have a computer at home but if it can only be done on a computer that's fine I can get access to one if need be but would rather know how to do it from my iPhone, the iCloud setting has let me add another new acc but I want to delete the old one altogether if possible?! Any help is much appreciated, thank you.
If your iPhone has been set up with another person's iCloud account, then you will need that person's Apple ID and password, or will need them to remove the iPhone from their iCloud account. There is no other way past the Activation Lock.

You need to go to Manage your Apple ID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, and sign in with your current Apple ID and password and do the following:
1. Edit your current Apple ID and change it back to the ID which is displaying for your iCloud account. You do not need to verify it - this is only a temporary change
2. Go into Settings>iCloud on your device and delete the iCloud account. Use your current password when your are prompted for a password
3. Once the old iCloud account is deleted, go back into Manage your Apple ID and change your ID back to the current one
4. Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with your current ID and password
That should take care of your issue!

The account on my phone is linked to an old email adress that no longer exists and won't accept any of my passwords (although, this account did accept a pasword several days ago to restore my old phone to it's original settings but it won't accept that password anymore...)
I can't change the password because the first security questions asks for my birthday which it won't accept.

Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iPad and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless using iCloud Photo Library). When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out and choose Delete from My iPad when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). You can't delete an account, you can only stop using it. If you're getting that error message you won't be able to create a new account on your device. Your only options are to re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account on a different iOS device or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one.

You cannot delete the iCloud account that is signed on to Find My iPhone unless you know the password. This is called the Activation Lock:

It is an anti-theft security measure that is a part of iOS 7. You can only get around this by following the steps in this support article:

Contact your friend. This is the only way around the lock.

You cannot delete the account from the server (partly to prevent the username from becoming available again and some-one else using it to pretend to be you).. Having disengaged your devices from it, go to http://icloud.com and delete any data in there such as contacts and calendars. Then just ignore it.
