How can I delete an iCloud account on my phone without being able to enter the password?
The account on my phone is linked to an old email adress that no longer exists and won't accept any of my passwords (although, this account did accept a pasword several days ago to restore my old phone to it's original settings but it won't accept that password anymore...)
I can't change the password because the first security questions asks for my birthday which it won't accept.

If your device is signed into your old iCloud ID and you are trying to change it to your current ID, and if the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go tohttps://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

You need to go to Manage your Apple ID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, and sign in with your current Apple ID and password and do the following:
1. Edit your current Apple ID and change it back to the ID which is displaying for your iCloud account. You do not need to verify it - this is only a temporary change
2. Go into Settings>iCloud on your device and delete the iCloud account. Use your current password when your are prompted for a password
3. Once the old iCloud account is deleted, go back into Manage your Apple ID and change your ID back to the current one
4. Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with your current ID and password
That should take care of your issue!

I have an iPhone 5 that's been updated with iOS 7 and am wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to delete another persons iCloud account off my phone without knowing the password and only using my iPhone to do it as I don't have a computer at home but if it can only be done on a computer that's fine I can get access to one if need be but would rather know how to do it from my iPhone, the iCloud setting has let me add another new acc but I want to delete the old one altogether if possible?! If your iPhone has been set up with another person's iCloud account, then you will need that person's Apple ID and password, or will need them to remove the iPhone from their iCloud account. There is no other way past the Activation Lock.

Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iPad and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless using iCloud Photo Library). When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out and choose Delete from My iPad when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device). -
