How can i delete an 'older version of bonjour'

whenever i try and install the new itunes software, it comes up with an error message during the installatiion process saying that it can't delete the older version of bonjour. When i try and do it in install/uninstall progammes on control panel it won't let me uninstall bonjour either.
Basically, i can't download any new itunes software at the moment, so what can i do?

Unfortunately I cannot find an older version of ibooks anywhere. istore will not allow me to install the newer version because of compatibility issues. HI! I have a somewhat similar problem I have an iPad with an iOS 5. I already have downloaded the iBooks and been using it for a long time. The problem is that i used my Apple ID on an iPhone 4 with an updated iOS 7 and downloaded iBooks on that device. When i checked my iPad, i can't access the iBooks anymore. It started to reinstall by itself but it is only installing halfway. Same problem i have with my Twitter app. I have already logged out my Apple ID on the iPhone 4 and tried to reinstall iBooks on my iPad but its says that it is already iBook 3 and that it is only compatible with iOS 7. I didn't really need to work on the file so I just left it open.

It prompted me with a "there's a newer version on your Macbook" and asked me if I want to sync to that version.
I actually forgot I didn't do any work on my computer and tapped on the sync button.
Now I lost all of the information since before the sync.

For iBooks try downloading the current version on your computer's iTunes so that the app is in your purchase history. Then on your iPad go to the Purchased tab in the App Store app and see if you can download an older compatible version of it.
You can also try similar for the Kindle app - I don't know whether Amazon have made older versions of their app available in the store, so it may not work for that. 10.5.8 is the highest OSX it can run.
TenFourFox is the most up to date browser for our PPCs, they even have G4 & G5 optimized versions...

As of Firefox 4.0 and newer one needs at least OSX 10.5+ and Intel hardware.
