I registered 4 device to my itunes account sometime ago a got a virus in my network and i must re-install the operating System an all 4 devices....
So now my question..
How can i delete the now "not more available" devices from my apple/itunes account.

If your system crashes or you reinstall your operating system without deauthorising iTunes first, even a single computer can use up your limit of 5 authorisations. You can't deauthorise those dead installations individually. However once you've reached your limit of 5 you have the option to deauthorise them all in one go from your iTunes Store account and start over again. *Just note that you can only use this option once a year*: About iTunes Music Store Authorisation and Deauthorisation
To deauthorise all computers associated with your account:
1. Click iTunes Store in the Source pane.
2. If you're not signed in to the store, click the Account button, then enter your account name and password.
3. Click the Account button again (your ID appears on the button), enter your password, and then click View Account.
4. In the Account Information window, click Deauthorize All.

You can only delete individual computers if you have access to them. When you five authorizations in total you can choose to deauthorize all, then reauthorize the ones you want to use. You then can't repeat that process for a year. In short there is nothing you can do until you have five authorisations. Change your password just in case you left yourself signed in on the old one with no confirmation for purchases.

You should be able to remove iCloud from a device from there but would need to be erased. If you can get the device to erase then you will not see the option to remove the device from iCloud. For more information take a look at the article below.

Now even if I deleted that game they can always go into the app store and search for that game and download it again without having to put a password since it is already in my purchased list. Updating apps don't cost anything. If they have iOS devices, they're probably making in-app purchases. Many apps, particularly games, are free for the base game but charge for additional features such as levels, "coins" and other such add-ons. To prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your device. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. but I'd suggest just setting up the parental restrictions on the iOS devices and in iTunes on your computer, if applicable, so they just can't buy anything on their own.

You cannot do it online. Only speaking with CS or stopping by a Verizon store would you be able to do so.

A) The albums were synced to your iPhone from iTunes
B) The albums were manually created on your iPhone from photos in the Camera Roll

You can turn off photo stream via Settings > iCloud > Photo Stream 'off' , I don't think that it is possible to remove individual photo stream photos. From http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486 :
Individual photos cannot be deleted from your Photo Stream. You can, however, delete all the photos in your Photo Stream by clicking the Reset Photo Stream button in your account at icloud.com. The Reset Photo Stream button will instantly delete all Photo Stream photos stored in iCloud, but it will not remove any Photo Stream photos that have already been pushed to your devices.
After deleting the photos from your Photo Stream in iCloud, you can remove the Photo Stream photos from your devices as follows:
On your iOS devices, go to Settings > iCloud > Photo Stream and turn Photo Stream off. This will delete all the photos from your Photo Stream album. If there are any photos you want to keep on your device, make sure to add them to an album or save them to your Camera Roll first.

Your response does not address the actual question.
The issue is that once downloaded to a device (iPhone) etc. It cannot be deleted via any means. Went through troubleshooting with Apple on phone last night and they're puzzled by it... it's getting sent to their engineers.
The larger issue is that the album downloads AUTOMATICALLY when you have your purchases synced, on wifi, and listening to music on full shuffle.
Telling people to just "hide it" and change your phone's settings to not sync is a pretty big "whoopsie" by Apple and Apple Support Community members.

You will need to keep them in folder on your hard drive somewhere other than in iTunes or they will be deleted from iTunes if you delete them from the device. I have a folder on my Mac called iPad Pages Documents - very original don't you think!
