i need to delete my old account for create a new one bicouse i arrived to the limiterd creation of ID account apple (5 TIME) with the seme payment card.the proublem is tht i don't now what ID account i have and wat i need to deleted so i need to find it first an the deleted.

I've got a problem with my current account itunes (french) :
I'm between France and Spain. I usaully use french applications but I would like to be able to pick some apps in the spanish itunes store, and in the english one (such as i already do in the french one). Lately I change my payment data to my spanish visa card data, since then I cannot download any app anymore.
So I tried to create a new account in the itunes store choosing the spanish location, but it s not possible since my actual email adress is the back up email adress of my french account .
Can you please provide me some support ?

It is not possible to delete an apple id completely. You can only delete information like credit card, adress, name... To do this, go to iTunes Store, click on your email adress in the upper right corner and enter your password. Now you can manage your account.
An apple id without password is not possible.

Go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to this new account.
This will not move your photo stream, however. If you have photos in photo stream that you haven't backed up anywhere else you will need to save these before deleting the account. If not, open your photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos to select them, tap the share arrow button, then tap Save to Camera Roll. There should be a small + and - in the bottom left cornet of the system preference window. Make sure it's the account you want to delete that is highlighted before clicking on the - button.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Try this (assuming you're using iPhoto 12): make a temporary, duplicate copy of the library and try the three fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your Home/Library/Preferences folder.
delete iPhoto's cache files that are located in your Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.
reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding the the Option key. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.

Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys depressed and follow the instructions to rebuild the library.
Select options #1, #2 and #6.

Rebuild the library using iPhoto Library Manager as follows:

Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.

In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

I assume you are talking about an iCloud account on your device. You can't actually delete accounts, only delete them from your device and stop using them. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

Create a new account with Admin privileges.
Backup important files (Documents, Music, etc).
Log out of current account.
Log into new admin account.
When you are sure you have backed up and moved everything over, you can then delete the old previous admin account. You can have more than one admin account so it's not necessary to delete immediately. Actually, it's not a bad idea to have another backup admin account for troubleshooting purposes.
Be advised though that you'll have to have separate names for each account.

After complete reset of iPod after lockout, I cannot retrieve old gamecenter ID. how can I use my old account for gamecenter now that we have had to create a new username?

We had to create a new username for gamecenter using the same apple ID. We want to use the old gamecenter account....we have purchased in-app items for those games and now have no access to that account. How can I fix this? Or am I just out of luck and start over with the new username.....

You are running into the Activation lock and you need to enter the Apple ID and password for the account last used on the iPod.
