I can't get my old cell phone number out of my settings.I need a code to reset my password.I have put my new phone number in but keep getting my code sent to the old cell.Please help!!

3. Change your Apple ID temporarily

Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud and try to sign out.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud and sign in with the new Apple ID.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
Your Apple ID is used for several services through your iPhone. To replace the previous Apple ID you will need to sign out of it in a few different spots and sign in with the current Apple ID (depending on what Apple ID you choose to use for each individual service). The services you may need to sign out of old Apple ID and into new one could include iCloud, Messages, FaceTime, and iTunes & App Stores. You can see what Apple ID is currently signed in and sign out of it in the following areas: Settings > iCloud, Settings > Messages, Settings > FaceTime, and Settings > iTunes & App Store. Hi Did you use the same Apple ID toxset up new iPhone? Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo. You may need to do this for upto 50 Seconds. Cheers Brian

Although your profile says you're running iOS 5.1.1 it sounds like you're running iOS 7 (otherwise you would not need your password to delete the old account). Assuming that's true, and your iCloud ID has changed but you need to delete the old account in order to change to your new one, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

At the present time, the only way to clear that is to restore the phone as new. Perhaps a future iOS update will give us the option to clear that cache.

Occasionally I have to replace PDF manuals with ones that have been updated. But after I sync the new file the old one remains on my Mac itunes library. How can I delete the old file? You can do this with or without the iPad connected to your Mac.
Launch iTunes on the Mac. Click on Books under the Library heading. Click on the PDFs. Then click on the PDF that you want to delete in order to select it, and go to Edit>Delete and follow the on screen prompts.
if you are using iTunes 11 and do not have the sidebar enabled, and wish to do so, go to View>Show sidebar or use the keyboard shortcut OPTION+Command+S.
If you do not want to enable the sidebar, the library items can be accessed in the button in the upper left corner of the iTunes window.

You can't merge accounts or copy content to a different account, so anything that you bought or downloaded via the old account is tied to that account - so any updates that those apps get you will only be able to download via that account. You can change which account is logged in on the iPad via Settings > Store

There should be a small + and - in the bottom left cornet of the system preference window. Make sure it's the account you want to delete that is highlighted before clicking on the - button.

To remove the apple id from the device, go to Settings>icloud>delete account. NOTE: this will only remove the account from the iPad. It will not delete the account.

Delete the web page where it is published.
If it is published to MobileMe, then you need to log into MobileMe and go to your iDisk or mount it on your desktop and then delete it from your Web/sites folder.
If you have published to a server, then you'll need to download Cyberduck, Filezilla or Transmit - all dedicated ftp programmes to connect with your host/server and then delete your old files from the server.
It really is not hard.
