Hi,
      I have lost my Apple ID password, So I have lost my iCloud password too. I am unable to login on iCloud service. I was unable to Off option "Find my iPhone"
I tried everything but nothing is happen, i cant logout from iCloud, The mail ID which registered with apple that is also blocked. So nothing is option balance, then I reset device to Factory Restore option. But now again iPhone is asking the same icloud account and password. Now this iPhone is useless.
      Actually one of my colleague bought this iPhone 4 from second hand market one year back, he took the same apple ID what seller has given him and he is using it since 1 year, Now that guy may change his password and this guy is unable to use appstore. To put new ID we need to log out from old ID and to log out from old ID phone is asking password, so there is the problem started.
   Can anyone help me to log out from iCloud without password, please...

From what you say the phone has been 'Activation Locked' by a previous owner - who presumably either sold it to the second-hand market or had it stolen and it landed up there.
If this is the case, only the person who set the lock can unlock it. If you can't get hold of them to do this then the phone is permanently unusable.
Even if you had set up a new Apple ID and logged into that the Activation Lock would have kicked in when you reset or updated the phone.

If you are refering to documents such as Pages and Numbers files....
The only way around this is to "save as" you icloud documents using the associated app to a local folder on your mac. Then turn off icloud.
Of course, when you sign off of icloud, the docs are removed from the mac, but remain in icloud. In the future when you sign back in, the documents are available to you again.
Oh, and the icloud documents are also stored locally in ...
~/Library/Mobile Documents
Note that Library in the user's home folder is now hidden, so you'll have to set Finder to view hidden files.
The Mobile Documents folder has subfolder where copies of the doc/data files are stored.
You can move these files to another folder to save them.

Since that password is tied to his Apple ID, you will need to contact Apple; as far as I know, it will be a somewhat lengthy procedure and you will need to furnish necessary paperwork (including a death certificate as far as I know). Best to either stop at an Apple store or call them to find out exactly what it is you need to do.

You can't merge the backups, you'll have to delete the backup of your old phone. If it says it's currently in use when you try, that will normally clear up on its own but may take 3-5 days to do so. Give it a few days and try deleting the old backup again.
In the meantime, you can create a manual backup of your new phone on your computer by connecting it to your computer, opening iTunes, clicking on the name of your phone in iTuens, going to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and clicking Back Up Now. Also go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Then you'll be safe until you can start backup up to iCloud again.

Your phone must be running the same or higher version of iOS as the phone you backed up in order to restore the backup. If the backup was made on a device running iOS 7, you will have to update your phone to iOS 7 in order to restore the backup.
This explains how to update your phone: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4623. After updatine it, go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, then follow the setup assistant screens and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup and follow the prompts.

You don't. If you are referring to Activation Lock and the phone asking for the Apple ID to activate the phone, there is no way past that without the former owner's Apple ID and password.

Having had recently a problem with my credit card with itunes (the only place I ever used that particular card), and several fraudulent charges, I no longer wish to give my credit card information to itunes or any other apple outfit. Can we pay for icloud by cheque, or money order, or some other way, perhaps a bank account where I would leave just enough money to cover the payment. This would be the only I would pay for icloud. After installing IOS6 on my iphone 4 and my daughters iphone 4s we have this wonderful connection that we would like to break. We are now seeing/receiving each others text messages. I love my daughter but I don't really want to get all of her text messages from her friends and I don't really want to read every response she sends. Additionally, she can also see my text messages and there are times I really don't need for her to know everything that I am doing.
So It is time to cut the cord we need our own seperate texting. I am not sure what we did to have this happen but how do we undo it?

Only use the same Apple ID in Settings > iTunes & App Stores to share purchases, no where else.

You can't. The previous owner either has to give you the ID and password, or erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515. No one else can help you with this and there is no way around it.

I activated a replacement iphone 5. When I tried to restore from my iCloud backup, it said the os of the backup was not compatible with the replacement phone os so I chose the option to activate as a new phone. (Old phone was on 7 - replacement phone was sent to me with an earlier os).
