You can move the rental between devices as many times as you wish during the rental period. However, the movie can only be played on one device at a time. If you rent a movie or TV show on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple TV, it is not transferable to any other device and you must watch it on that device.
So I assume that you cannot use File > Transfer Purchases to copy them to your computer (though there is no harm in trying)

if i swipe left I see standard Friends at top, below it listsclose friends, family, then a help center, account settings, privacy settings, log out, etc. I dug around there for a while but didnt see any option to delete messages.
if i swipe right I see the word Favorites at the top. above that is a search option. to the right is a weird little symbol kinda like a wheel with gears on it. if i click that it gives me the option of Turn off Chat or Cancel. I did both, it just greys out the friends list that appears. If I click a name, the previous conversation appears. nothing to delete from there, just contact info if I click the i symbol or back to news feed.

When swiping through the slide show from a photo album, pictures are displayed instantly despite the size or dimensions of the picture. However, when I display a picture in my app it takes about 1 second per megabyte to load. Why is that? Is an image saved in two formats? One with the original size and the other in a low-res viewing size.

If you're asking how to speed up loading of xyz, you're going to have to provide code examples, timing test results , targets and goals before anyone can do other than play 30 questions.
If you're studying for your first app for a class, you should plan on having to do your own research.
Get into the iOS Dev Forums where all of this has been discussed in detail via multiple threads. Work your own content accordingly and then if you still have questions, make them comprenhensive, use the right sub-forum and good luck.

We opened your PDF document (pocTest.pdf) in Adobe Reader for iOS version 11.2.4. The nested bookmarks are displayed correctly.
Perhaps you and your end users have different expectations on how nested bookmarks appear in Reader. The user interface for Bookmarks in Reader for iOS is indeed different from the one in the desktop version of Reader.
Here are the screenshots of nested bookmarks for the other PDF document iPadUserGuide.pdf.
Initially, Reader for iOS displays the top level bookmarks only.

Well I changed the email for the same account, however I used '.com' instead of '.co.uk' which obviously caused alot of complications. After about an hour on the phone this is all sorted out now and I am left with one apple id, but this is still happening. You can mirror any mid 2011 or newer Mac (early 2011 Mac Book Pro) running OSX 10.8 or newer Mountain lion. Older macs can use airparrot, a third party app from www.airparrot.com. Ipad needs to be 2 Gen or newer and I think ios 6.
