How can I do this? Need to get two servers running, both need port 80.

Hi all,
I have an XServe running OSX Server. I also have a DigiDelivery Server (standalone file exchange box). The DD Server must have static IP and port 80 routed to it to work. The XServe must have static IP and port 80 working to host websites. I have one static IP address. (could get another). Right now I can either route port 80 to 192.168.1.196 (XSERVE) or 192.168.1.111 (DD SERVE).
Current setup: FIOS modem --> LinkSys Router --> XServe, network computers, DD Serve, printer, etc.
Any ideas on how I can get both to work? If I get second Static IP, could I put a smart switch between FIOS Modem and Router to cut off DD Serve activity there with it's own static IP? If I put XServe between FIOS Modem and router, could I cut off second Static IP there? Would moving XServe uup the chain screw up all of my settings?

1) put a hub between modem and two routers. Each router set to separate IP address
2) put a smart switch between modem and router. Switch one Static IP to DD Serv, one to router.
3) get a Dual Wan router with two static IP addresses.
I'd tend to go for 1 or 3 here, locally.
The basic network has the modem connected to the firewall, then a switch, and whatever you need is hanging off the switch.
If you have a low-end firewall with basic port-mapping, then the modem goes to a switch and then to multiple (parallel) firewalls.
I tend to look for a firewall with reasonable port-mapping capabilities. Various of the firewalls I deal with can present and route two IP addresses on the WAN side, and can either pass through or port map the traffic. Low-end firewalls just aren't worth the hassle, and the prices on the mid-range gear is dropping all the time. And there's M0n0wall and Smoothwall as potential options here, if you have a dedicated router box or a spare x86 box with dual NICs.
