How can I downgrade my iPhone 4S from iOS 6.1.1 to 6.1?

To setup my new iPhone5, I need to be able to load my latest iCloud backup which I have done on my iPhone4S. Unfortunatly this runs under iOS6.1.1 which is not available for the iPhone 5. How can I now downgrade my iPhone4S?

Since Apple has stated that they have indentified a fix for the iOS 6.1 / Exchange problem and will be releasing that soon things will probably be coming back together in an iOS ~6.1.2 (probably).

i've ugraded my iphone 4s to iOS 6.0.1 and i'm not satisfied. it slows down my phone and takes a lot of RAM and CPU. i want to downgrade to 5.1.1 and i've been searching a lot on the web apparently i have to be jailbreaked so i can downgrade. this is not logicly acceptable. i don't like jailbreaking my phone. i should have the right to downgrade to any iOS versions that i want but apple is just being unfair. apple is limiting and puts boundaries for the usage of my own personal gadget which leads people to jailbreak or change their mind on using apple products. i as a client and a fan of apple products am not satisfied and i'm gonna change my mind about it if i don't find any solution for this problem.
anyways people out there i would really appreciate if u have anything to share...

You cannot. You can only upgrade to the currently supported version of the iOS which, at this time is iOS 7.0.2.

I had to restore my iPhone and thereby I accidentally updated from 5.1.0 to 5.1.1 Now I cannot use my backups any more and therefore I lost all my mindmaps, documents in Quickoffice ... it's a disaster!!!!!! Is there anybody who can help?

downgrading is not supported.
Updating the OS should have no affect on your backups. Perhaps if you expanded on how you "cannot use" your backups, someone might be able to help.
