I really dont like the new upgrade.
I cant even download apps now.
Cant even get in to app store
And safari the same.
I barely wrote this.

There is no Apple supported downgrade path.

Downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple.
What do you nean by it taking up all yur space? If when connected to the computer is the "other" category very large? If it is then restore the iPod to get it to its normal of about 1/2 GB. Sometimes a restore to factory defaults/new iPod is required.

It does not matter where the songs came from, they are not yours and the previous owner does not own the right to distribute them to others.
The law is the same with downloads and cds and any other medium.

Very simple. Turn off Find my iDevice, then Tap Settings, General, Erase, Erase all content and settings.
