How can I downgrade to iTunes 11.1.2? URGENT!!!

I haven't been able to use iTunes since I upgraded to 11.1.3 some time in November.
Today I finally got a chance to visit the Genius Bar, but the guy there couldn't solve the problem, which basically that when I open iTunes seconds after opening the main library it becomes unresponsive. It works fine with other, smaller libraries located on the Mac. I have searched in these suppport forums, but none of the tips I've seen have worked.
So, what the Genius Bar guy told me today was to delete iTunes and download the older 11.1.2 version.
However, he did not want to tell me where I could find this previous version of iTunes!!!
I searched on Google but the only sites I found are asking me to create a downloading account and provide my financial information, which I refuse to do because I don't know if these downloading sites are legit or nefarious.
So, I will be very appreciative if someone could tell me where I can legitimately and safely download iTunes 11.1.2.
My MacBook Pro is a Sept 2010 model now running Lion 10.7.5.

Downgrading of any version of iOS isn't supported by Apple. If you search the web, you'll find instructions that may work, but you're on your own should any problems arise. For many people it goes without problems, but for some it's reportedly bricked their devices.

Thanks for your support, but I changed the TimeZone (both PC and Iphone 3GS on Istanbul GMT+2) and the problem is still there. I updated also Itunes 10.5.1, same problem. I can't syncronize or update the IOS on the phone. I'm afraid I'll have to try the complete reset to factory of the Iphone (I'm afraid sync data on the iphone has been corrupted and Itunes can't sync).
Any advice on how to save all my data, since backup function does not work because it needs the sync feature?

Very difficult. I don't know about the version change you did but often versions may irreversibly upgrade the library file. You would have to start from scratch unless you happen to have saved a previous copy of the file.
Another problem is getting hold of an older version. Unless you saved a copy of 10.5.2 you will likely find it no longer exists on Apple's web site.
Did you clone your hard drive and do a complete backup before installing new software as is advisable?

The info below corrects the mistake of upgrading to iTunes 10.5 Beta 2 before installing iOS 5.0 Beta 2 on your iDevice.
To downgrade from iTunes 10.5 Beta 2 to iTunes 10.5 Beta 1 you need to trash the iTunes Application before running the Beta 1 installer. Otherwise the icon will just bounce once and the app won't run.
Then once you are back on Beta 1 should should restore your iDevice to iOS 5 beta 2 (you can only use restore, upgrade doesn't work and throws error 3002) you then need to install iTunes beta 2 and then restore from your backup.

Downgrading isn't supported and wouldn't help. You need to fix your phone.
1. Delete and reinstall all email accounts.
2, Restore the phone in iTunes, first using a backup and if needed as a new phone.

Can you restore from backup? That would be best to keep all your stuff. You can find usually several versions under restore option in iTunes. I really hope you have one of those iOS7 versions backed up to iTunes.
If you really want to start over, and I mean no contacts, photos, music, apps, anything but factory settings that aren't in the cloud or in one of the restore options. You can search ios 7.1.2 firmware and download it and install by shift click restore and choose the file you downloaded. But that is a really desperate act. But this also requires iTunes and if you've been using iTunes you probably have a backup.

How Can I Downgrade From 2.0?

Well, the Phone 2.0 upgrade to my 1st gen iPhone has killed my WiFi and it's pretty glitchy with email and a few other things.

From what I've found it involves basically hacking the phone to some how trick iTunes into using 1.1.4, also requires an older version of itunes. I've heard the best chance is to tell apple your unhappy with 2.0 and they will give you another phone that still has 1.1.4 on it. Thats just what I've found on the internet, not official.

Most of my music files were bought from iTunes and they are the standard 128kbps quality, i also have a few songs i got elsewhere that are over 128kbps, how can i downgrade those songs down to 128kbps?

EDIT: I may have found a way to do this, i just right click on a song and select Convert Selection to AAC, then iTunes slooooowly creates a duplicate file that's 128kbps, is this the best way to downgrade?

You have to change the import settings in itunes to the bitrate (and format, MP3 or AAC) desired and import from the original file. Note that a MP3 or AAC file is "compressed". At 256k there isn't much loss in quality from an uncompressed original, but you may start to notice this at 128k. Furthermore, compressing from a compressed source is really the worst way to go about this and can add to the loss in quality because certain tricks are done in compressing and doing them twice doesn't always work right.
An AAC file is better quality than MP3, so a 192k MP3 may already be equivalent to a 128k AAC (I'm not sure exactly of the numbers).
Note that when you convert from a files the original is still intact and a new file is created.
In my opinion there is not reason to downgrade like that unless you are really hurting for space on your drive or there is some technical reason to do it.

How do I "downgrade" from iTunes 10 to iTunes 9 without having to uninstall and reload all of my music. The new iTunes 10 interface is hideous and bland. I can't stand looking at it anymore. iTunes 9 was much nicer. I have about 200 GB of music so i would really like to avoid having to add everything into a fresh/new library.

How can I share my iTunes library between me and my wife?
I do not want to set-up 2 seperate accounts on my mac. Do not want to do home sharing or anything like this.
I just would like to connect my iPad to ONE itunes library and at the same time connect my wifes iPad to the SAME itunes library. Can this be done? How? Thanks! Maybe the answer is something really easy like "just connect both to the computer and sync them".

That is all you need to do.
In the answer from Apple I do not find anything about how the 2 exisiting iTunes accounts will be handled.
They will be handled fine.
All purchases from both iTunes accounts can be sync'd to both/either iPads with no problem.

Decide which iPhone will be keeping the current iCloud account. On the one that will be changing accounts, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else save these to your camera roll by opening the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tapping Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing Notes with iCloud, you'll also have to email your notes to yourself so they can be recreated in the new account as they cannot be migrated.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The phone that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.) When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, to un-merge the data you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the data you don't want (such as deleting your wife's data from your account, and vice versa).

Where are you located?
Just go and buy an iTunes gift card at any store in your country.
Then follow all the steps you did, but when it asks you for the credit card number, there shoujld be a GIFT CARD option which will let you load your account witht eh funds form the gift card without providing a credit/debit card #.
