How can I download Adobe CS5 upgrade on a new computer.
I just bought a new computer and am trying to download Adobe CS5 upgrade. When installing it says I do not have a qualifying adobe product. I have a student version of Adobe CS2 premium which the installer also does not recognize the serial number.....pay all this money and can't even use it....
You are allowed on two activated copies. If you already have reached this limit you will need to deactivate one and then try it. If you old computer crashed it is still considered activated. If so you need to call customer service tomorrow and explain and they can reactivate.

Did you download and purchase the original installation files from Adobe? Did your old computer have a Windows operating system? Does your new computer have a Windows operating system?
I suggest that you contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat

I can't find it in my purchased category but they appear as purchased on th ei tune store??What type of item is it ? What you can re-download will show under the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes. As long as they are still in the store then your apps and ibooks should appear there, and potentially music, films and tv shows (media can't be re-downloaded in all countries) - audiobooks and ringtones are currently one-time only downloads, so they won't appear.
If they don't show then have you still got copies of the items somewhere e.g. on your old computer (copying between computers) or on a backup of your downloads ? -

Looking at Adobe's site there is version 10.3 for Intel Macs running OSX 10.4 or 10.5. There is version 11 for Macs running OSX 10.6 or newer. Most web sites don't really need the newest FlashPlayer, but if you are trying to view one that really does intensive video then maybe it does require Flash 11. You aren't very specific as to which exact error message you are seeing.
If a site does require FlashPlayer 11 then you will have to upgrade your operating system. -

It's not possible. Serial numbers are platform specific. Even if you install the CS5 trail version, it won't activate with your PC serial. Your only option is to upgrade to Creative Cloud.

In the end it worked for me as well. Once I uninstalled any previous version and any version that I tried to install and didn't work, then installed the 2.7.1 the Advent Calendar that I wanted to show animation worked. I know, a small thing, but I really wanted it to work.
