i want to download it from internet ....but how can i get it?

The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.

    If CS6 does not work why would you think CS5 would?
    Adobe does not sell CS5 any longer.  May be able to buy from various venders.  Be careful of counterfeit copies.

    If you purchased the software on a DVD and your current computer does not have an optical drive then you can copy the installation files to a USB drive on a computer which does contain an optical drive.

    Thanks for response.  I purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from App store, the first install is ok-in English, but my computer reset for some problem, so I installed it again. But this time, it's not English version but the other that I cannot recognize. How can I do? I forgot to save the serial number, where can I check it?

    The language is tied to the serial number.  Did you purchase the software directly from Adobe?

    In the end it worked for me as well. Once I uninstalled any previous version and any version that I tried to install and didn't work, then installed the 2.7.1 the Advent Calendar that I wanted to show animation worked. I know, a small thing, but I really wanted it to work.

It is saying my security preferences allow installations of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers.  ???? I don't know how to go about changing these settings? Please help!

    You should be able just to either right click on the installer or Control click and choose Open and then the installer should work.
    (that temporarily overrides the security settings)
