Hi! I want to download a ap that only exist in USA, so when i press the ad in the Internett I get a message from Apstore that the ap only exist in USA and if I would like to change country, but when i press download it said that my aple Akcount only is avavible In my country.
Please help me!

    You can't, you can only download from your own country's store - you need to be in a country with a billing address from that country on your account to be able to download from its store.     What country are you in ? Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to redownload them on your Mac's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the iTunes store homepage
    If you're not in a country where TV programmes can be redownloaded then connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and use the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over from your iPad

    You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store.     If films are available in your country's iTunes store then you can buy and download them via the iTunes store app on your iPad, and they will download into the Videos app (or you can buy them via iTunes on your computer and then sync them to your iPad). As long as the films have been fully downloaded then you should be able to watch them in the Videos app whilst the iPad is offline.

    Have you looked in your country's iTunes store to see if it's available ? If it is then you should be able to buy and download it.

    You need to *call* Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE, as Ralph already said.
    But "since one week" sounds like a direct translation of French "il y a".  You should call your local country's Apple suuport and ask.

    Unfortunately you won't be able to until if/when Apple open an iTunes store there (http://www.apple.com/feedback/) - to be able to buy from another country's store you need a valid billing address in that country and be in that country when buying from it.

    Whether you can re-download them for free depends upon what country that you are in - tv shows can't be re-downloaded in all countries. If they show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes app on your other devices, or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes then you can re-download them. Otherwise you can copy them from your iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and then sync them to your other devices.

    I guess that answers the question, though it is an answer neither the OP nor I were hoping for.  Oddly, I have 3 computers with non-English Windows XP as the OS and the one I installed first just happens to run Digital Editions in English.  I wonder if the key is that I had downloaded that first one before creating the Adobe account.
    Other s/w manufacturers let you choose a language version and Adobe appears to do the same, with the 'change country' thing at the top, but it doesn't allow one to change the s/w language.  Annoying.

    You can't. Facetime is banned by law on iPhones sold in KSA and UAE and has been permanently removed from those phones. There is no way to add it. Ever.
    If you want/need facetime, then buy a phone from a country where it is not banned.
