How can I download iOS 7 to my iPod?

I need to find out how can I download iOS. 7to my iPod

As Apple said in June, iOS 7 is not compatible with the 4G iPod.
All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory (RAM). The 4G iPod only has 256 MB

    If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect to your computer & click on the "Update your device using iTunes".
    Tip - You may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily.  Then download and install the iOS update. After you update to iOS 5.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

    You mean for an iPhone 4S?  You can't.  Yo can only update an iPhone 4S to iOS 8.1.3.
    The only iPhone that can currently download iOS 6 is an iPhone 3GS.

    You don't. The iPhone 3G can not run anything higher than 4.2.1. It was discontinued almost 3 years ago.

    Just for the sake of balance, I'm quite satisfied with iOS 7 and now that I've gotten used to the new look like it better than iOS 6. But definitely look at all the images of the new look and the lists of the changes before you upgrade to make sure you know what you'll be getting, since once you upgrade there's no going back.

    While you cannot transfer purchases to a different Apple ID, you can utilize Family Sharing. I've linked to an article that explains how to share content between Apple IDs using this feature:

    Once you’ve set up Family Sharing, all the eligible songs, albums, movies, TV shows, books, and apps ever purchased by family members are immediately available to everyone else in the family. And, of course, so are new purchases. The content appears automatically in the Purchased tab in iTunes, iBooks, or the App Store for each family member. Just select the family member whose collection you’d like to browse, then download and play the content you choose. Other family members can access your collection in the same way. If you want to keep some purchases private, you can choose to hide individual items.

    If you don't use your phone and you don't use iTunes, what are you expecting to use? Your options to update your device are Over The Air through Settings>General>Software Update or by connecting the device to iTunes and updating.
