How can i download photoshop elements and premiere elements 10 using the serial number not the cd?
I tried downloading the trial elements 11 and entering the serial number but it wouldn't work, i cannot find a trial for elements 10.

    What version?
    Unless you're talking about the newest version of Photoshop, Bridge cannot be downloaded and installed by itself—only as part of the Photoshop CD/DVD or download and installation.

    if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

    There is nothing to prevent him from downloading and installing the trial version (Adobe - Download free trial version Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 | Adobe).  At the point all you need to do is provide him with the serial number so that he can activate it.  If the intent is that he be the owner of the software then you might want to see about transfering the license...

    What happens when you click on 'Help->Updates' option? Isn't it opening the 'Adobe Application manager' which shows all the updates. ~Andromeda
