How can I download pics from iphone to laptop
I have a 5s and when I unlock it, then connect it to my laptop, I get an error stating, it is empty. Like I have no pictures on it. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Any suggestions?

You shouldn’t need any additional software to import photos on your computer and it should show up in Windows Explorer. Take a look at the first article for the steps to import them and if you are having issues with that, the second article will walk you through troubleshooting the issue.
