How have you tried this and what type of connection do you use?
If you have Bluetooth you can simply send the images to the phone. If you have cable and a memory card, try using Transfer mode which will install the phone as external hard drive. Both ways do not require installing Nokia PC Suite phone manager software.

There is a bit more info on this page. You will need to sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad - not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from the iPad.

Looked at the manual, and found no help past WIN XP OS. Try the following:
1) Download the free Picasa3.9 :http://picasa.google.com/ and install it.
2) Open Picasa
3) Connect the camera USB cable to Camera and a USB port. Turn on camera to playback mode.
4) Select Import and source (top left on Picasa).

From the iPhoto menu bar click File / Import to Library.
Navigate to the disc icon, click Import.
For printing, select a photo then go to File / Print.
You can click Order Prints if you want Apple do the job for you.
