I am from a school in Costa Rica, the last IT Manager buy a licence for Acrobat Pro 10.0 but he doesn't gives me the id to download the installer, can you help me?

What are you trying to update? Where are you downloading the software? What apps? Maybe your hard drive is full, but I would expect a different notification.

If you have another Mac, open the App Store, log in with your Apple ID, go to Purchases and download Logic Pro X. Then, copy it to an external drive (it's saved in /Applications). Finally, copy Logic from the external drive to the Applications folder of your Mac desktop
