Hi there,
To edit a PDF file in the PDF format, you need Adobe Acrobat.

I cannot figure out how can I edit my PDF file on Acrobat Pro cloud version.

    Hi abulr60330783,
I've checked your account, and couldn't see what version of Acrobat that you have. You may be referring to the Acrobat DC which Adobe announced this week, but that isn't available just yet.
So, for the time being, you'll need to use Acrobat Pro XI or earlier to edit PDF files. You can download a 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

Then you posted in the wrong forum...
At any rate, you can use the Edit Text & Images tool (under Tools - Content Editing) to make changes to the file. You'll need to be a bit more specific about what you want to change if you want more detailed instructions.

Which version of Acrobat do you have? If Reader, then you can't edit a PDF at all, and you can only copy it if it was enabled by the creator of the document.

  • How can I view a pdf file without downloading it? It seems I can't get rid of the download option. Is it possible to do this without downloading the pdf and then viewing it?

I would like to open up a pdf file in adobe acrobat or adobe reader directly from an attachment or web page, but don't want to download it to my computer. Can I do that?

    Hi Goin crazy 2,
If you purchased the song twice in error, contact the iTunes Store and they will review your account for a refund:
How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase
Find the email receipt for your purchase.
Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
Click Submit to have your issue reviewed
I hope this information helps ....
    Have a great day!

  • How can I edit a pdf file that was imported?

I want to edit a pdf/jpeg file that I imported/placed in AI?  Can that be done?

    Steven,
Illy just sees a bunch of pixels as do the rest of us.
You may use Image/Live Trace with suitable settings, expand, and let her work with the resulting vector artwork.
Or you may draw a (set of path(s) round the part(s) you want to keep (turning htem into a compound path in case of multiple paths, then select everything and Object>Clipping Mask>Make. That will only hide the outlying parts (unless you do the destructive deed), and you only have limited ways of (further) editing.
Or you may work in Photoshop or similar.

  • How can I package my InDesign file without converting the images to CMYK?

I had previously thought I have to convert each link individually, but I have received packaged files that include both RGB and CMYK images, but when I try to package my document, it is saying that I have errors on all the RGB images. Are there settings that allow me to package the links without conversion? I know how to export it with a one-time conversion, but I cannot find the answer to this question anywhere.

Thank you for helping! I must be doing something else wrong then because it will stop packaging as soon as it tries to get the links... and will gather a few and then stop. The warning message is "could not copy linked files" but I don't have any warning signs on any of my links in the links panel...

  • How can I attach a pdf file to outgoing mail without it opening up within the message?

How can I attach a pdf file to outgoing mail without in opening up within the message?

You can use the Share button on Preview's toolbar. Choosing Email pops open Mail with the PDF already iconified as an attachment. If it doesn't behave this nicely for you, select the PDF in Mail and choose the right contextual menu, where you will find View as Icon. I also have Send Windows-Friendly attachments enabled.

I purchased Pro so I can edit my pdf doc and it still won't let me edit it. How do I edit my pdf file?

You say it won't let you edit it. What do you mean
    * You don't know how
    * The can't find the tools you expect to find for editing
    * You know how to edit, but you can't select text to edit at all
    * The tools are there but greyed out
    * You get an error message (what?)
    * Something else?

  • How can I edit a PDF?

How can I edit a PDF without converting it to word or excel?

    Hi, newleopard.
    1. Drag the PDF file onto the icon for Preview to open it. Drag the cursor over the text to select it, hit Command-C to copy it, open any document you like in the application of your choice, and Command-V to paste the text into that document. You can't edit the text in the PDF document itself this way, but you can copy the whole text, paste it into a new docuemnt in any other application, edit it to suit your needs, and save it as a new PDF file from the Print dialog box.
    2. GraphicConverter can open a PDF file, allow you to modify its graphic contents, and save the revised file as a new PDF.

PDF is an end destination format - although Acrobat is capable of making minor changes to a file (e.g. to correct typos) it is not a word processor or DTP application. Major changes must be done in the original document, and the PDF file re-exported.
You can copy text from a file by selecting it and right-clicking, or you can save the file as plain or formatted text. To make small changes to the text on a page, use the touchup tool - see the help file for more info.

  • How do I edit a PDF file with Adobe PDF Pack?

How do I edit a PDF file with Adobe PDF Pack?

Well, you don't. Editing a PDF is a difficult and fraught business even with the most expensive software.
But PDF Pack lets you export to Word; then often you can edit in Word. Now you can make a new PDF. It might look like the original, or it might not. If small changes matter you might be out of luck. ON NO ACCOUNT USE THIS FOR GOVERNMENT FORMS.
