To make the long story short,...
I have 2 apple ID's in my iPad
Address1 - a***************@yahoo.com - for gaming ( sync with my Game Center)
Address2 - b***************@gmail.com - for AppStore purchases
My brother sent an itunes gift card (20$ Australian Dollars) to my Address1, i then redeemed it not knowing that my Address2 was signed-in within my AppStore,
BUT I HAVENT USED THE CREDIT!
i once emailed apple and told me to contact 'apple security accounts', they'd given me the link
i visited the link but it turns out that they are recommending mo to Ask for a Call or Call them directly (theres no email option in the webpage), but i wanted to just Email them because..
I AM NOWHERE IN AUSTRALIA im in Timor-Leste and theres no Apple Offices here, cause if I Call them(Apple) it would incur international charges.
Now, How can i email them DIRECTLY? I need to transfer the Gift card to my Address1 ASAP
My other concern is that
This Address2's AppStore was registred in US only, i tried to change the Region from US to Australia to no avail because of some billing infos etc....
If i then receive this Gift Card would my Address2's AppStore be directly converted to Australian AppStore?

Did you select Australia? Your page appears as the US. You can should be able to start a chat from your location. You can also select the Contact Us link at the bottom right of every page here. There is not really a direct email link for support, there never has been. The link I gave you offered you the option to click on support for your current location. I was sitting with a supplier, and as we were working an email notification from my email account appeared on her desktop.
We have set her up with an email address with our business, but she is a supplier, and totally unconnected - even on a different site.
I have confronted her, and asked if she is hacking into my company emails, and she denies any knowledge.
She has asked a technical adviser, who says 'it could be a technical glitch' but I am not sure.
I think she has set up my email account by guessing the formula we use for passwords.

Assuming you mean that her Mail application showed an email addressed to you & no-one else - then it sounds as if you ought to change all passwords & ask whoever admins company email to confirm that it wasn't somehow sent to her account too, unlikely though that seems.

I have an iphone 4 and 3 weeks ago i downloaded and installed the ios 5 software and over that time period I noticed little problems like the sound not working in some apps on my phone and I would have to reboot them completed get it to work and then my wifi would keep dropping in and out and when I was in setting and in wifi option a tick would never appear next to the wifi name it would keep loading and then in my photos I would tap on but it would show another not the one I taped on and then I could not make calls at all and during a call when I hung up it would not end and not go back to home screen so I have restored my iphone but and that had fixed the phone problem but still the other problems are still happening

Did you restore your iPhone from your iPhone's backup? If so and there is a problem with your iPhone's backup, restoring from the backup will also restore the problems.
Try restoring your iPhone as a new iPhone or not from the backup to see if this makes any difference.
If not, Apple doesn't provide support via email. You can call AppleCare if available in your country, or make an appointment at an Apple store if an Apple store is available in your country and there is one nearby, and if not you go through your carrier for support and warranty coverage if needed.

I recently financed an iPad through the BarclayCard in October. On Sunday my iPad was stolen while I was in my garage. The iPad is not paid off yet and I don't know if Apple provides any customer assistance since I financed it through them. Who would I contact and how?

If the old ID is yours, and if it is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

If your device is signed into an old iCloud ID that is an earlier version of the ID you want to sign in with, do the following:
If you are using iMessage and FaceTime, make sure you are signed into these services with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless you are using iCloud Photo Library). When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). By "game center account", do you mean Apple ID?
If so, you can change it.
1. Tap settings and navigate to iTunes and App Stores
2. Tap "Apple ID" and then tap "Sign Out"
3. Log in with a different ID.
