Is there any way to get the sidebar back, the one that showed everything I needed, the one I've been using for years? I can't find any way to enable it. Will the iTunes 13 just go ahead and use MS Office Ribbon?

The EZXS55W is a unmanaged switch. You cannot enable UPnP on it. It is a simple ethernet device. If you have trouble with UPnP then it is a problem with your router but not with the switch.

today I installed Photoshop CS4 and can't enable OpenGL. So I updated my Nvidia 7600GT driver and the driver info says, that OpenGL 3.0 should work, but Photoshop dosn't allow me to enable it. What can I do?

Try reseting your perfs:
Soon as you start photoshop hit Shift, Ctrl and Alt keys at the same time. Click yes on the window that pops up.

I would like to have each of them have their own distinct email address so I can Facetime them seperately, is this possible? I have two new iTouches for each of my kids, and I want to use one Apple ID so we can all share the same music. they have their own email accounts, but I would like to know if I can assign each of the iTouch with a different email address so I can facetime my kids using their distinct email address. It is possible to use one Apple ID with Face Time and Messages by adding email addresses and setting the "you can be reached at" and "Start a new conversation from" in the settings for each device. This method does not work well though.
Your best option is to set each kid up with there own iCloud/Apple iTunes Store account (Apple ID) using their own email address. Then on each device set the iCloud Settings on each device to their specific Apple ID. Set the iTunes & Apps Store settings to use the main Apple ID for store purchases. With this setup each user will have their own distinct iCloud account which will not interferer with the others yet still make purchases from the main one.

I thought that iTunes match would replace the songs in my library with the itunes copy, instead it just charged me 24.99 and just put them in the icloud. Should it have replaced the songs with the itunes copy, or is this what it does, because thats not worth $24.99

From what I've read - if a song is noted as matched - you can delete it from iTunes. It still shows up with a cloud next to it. If you click on the cloud icon it will download to your iTunes the 256kb version of the song - again only if it is matched.
The purpose of iTunes Match is to store copies in the cloud and automatically download to all your IOS devices automatically. It's real purpose isn't to provide you different copies of your songs. It is an easy back up and syncronization system.

Since that password is tied to his Apple ID, you will need to contact Apple; as far as I know, it will be a somewhat lengthy procedure and you will need to furnish necessary paperwork (including a death certificate as far as I know). Best to either stop at an Apple store or call them to find out exactly what it is you need to do.

Easy enough to do in iTunes.
Find the song you want and note the start/stop time you want the ring tone.
Right click - get info, click the Options tab and set the start/stop times as above.

I actually figured it out...I had to go to the iTunes Library Extras.itdb file and give myself permission to have full control. THEN, I could go and estore a previos version. Once I had done this, I got the same message for iTunes Library Genius.itdb . . . I did the same thing with it and Voila'!!
