I keep getting the message telling me to enable third party cookies. The instructions for how to do so tell me to choose the options feature from the tools drop down menu, then to click on "privacy" and check a certain box that would enable cookies.
This check box is not on the privacy menu. What do I do?

    Using the Menu Bar:
*press the ALT or F10 key to get the Menu Bar to '''''temporarily''''' appear
*with your mouse make the selection Tools > Options > Privacy
Using the Firefox button (Firefox 4 & 5):
*click the Firefox button > Options > Options > Privacy
To see the third-party cookies option, at the top of the Privacy panel set "Firefox will" to "Use custom settings for history"

  • How do I enable third party cookies?

    Hi Everyone,
I am trying to complete my homework on the My Math Lab website, and this is the message that I keep getting, "You don't have a subscription to this site. Please make sure that the siteid or abbrev is correct. If you are accessing this site from Pearson MyLab / Mastering, make sure your browser settings allow all third party cookies." Is any able to help?
    Thanks

Safari - Preferences - Privacy - Block Cookies : Never
should enable 3rd party cookies, although you might also disable any Safari extensions, in case that's a problem.
Safari 6 (OS X Mountain Lion): Manage cookies
Failing that, remove any existing cookies for them, via Cookies & other website data - Details...
& if still an issue - try another browser to see if that allows the site to work.

    Thanks for the reply.
So there isn't a Player Settings Manager? I'm trying to find out how to access it. Wait.... nevermind. I guess I should actually READ the instructions.

  • How can you handle Third Party Payment in Oracle Payroll

People I hope you all are at your Good Health!
I have a question and that is i would like to know how i can restrict a dependent from getting an Insurance benefit after he has crossed the Age =18 Also the To date must be calculated and populated automatically.
Also, how can we handle this third party payment in the Oracle Payroll.
    All comments are welcomed.
    Chetan

For the payment piece, create a payment method on the person record as a third party. you would need to have setup the recieving party as a third party organization before setting up at employee level.
During normal payroll processing, you may run Third party check writer to generate a check .
Ankur thank you for the response i have understood that we must create a Payment Method and Check the Check box for Third party Payment on Payment Method window. But how will that be handled for case where an employee has taken a Loan from a Bank and he has to be deducted every month from his salary how can we handle such a requiremet.
I did not understand when you said :
"you would need to have setup the recieving party as a third party organization before setting up at employee level.
During normal payroll processing, you may run Third party check writer to generate a check ."
    Could you please explain me.

  • How can I include third-party javascript libarries in my WebUI app?

I would like to include a third-party javascript library, for example MochUI or something similar and combine it with elements in a generated BSP WD application to enhance the user experience.
Is it possible? How would you do this?
    Thanks,
    Martin

    Hi Martin,
This is possible but be wary of conflicts between your 3rd party library and SAP JS - they use '$' as a function name which libraries such as JQuery also use as a shortcut for their functions. In the case of JQuery, this can be overcome using the noConflict() method.

  • How can I browse third party software

I have spent the past hour trying to locate a listing of Third Part Software (Applications) presently on the Apple website.  In addition, there seems to be "Community" whereby this can be addressed or at least nothing containing Software or Applications or any other similar name.  I DO NOT want to have to activate iTunes as this would seem to indicate that I wanted to buy something but since all I am presently doing is RESEARCH into what is capabilities, all i really need is software titles to see if I can discover anything that even close to what I am looking for and usually that is ONLY available on the developers website.
    Can this be done?  HOW?

    What do you mean?

If, by "Apple website" you mean the Mac App Store, AFAIK there is no such listing. However, you can go to
    <http://itunes.apple.com/us/genre/mac/id39?mt=12>
and then browse the apps on offer by category -- no need to 'activate' anything. Whether there is or not a way of querying exclusively for third-party software, I don't know.
If you're looking for a listing of all Mac OS X third-party software in the world, there is no such thing. But, if you're looking for sites which list Mac software, here are a few suggestions:
<http://www.macupdate.com/> (is, IMHO, the best of the lot)
<http://download.cnet.com/mac/> (used to be quite good as VersionTracker; but it's gone downhill since acquired by CNET/CBS)
    <http://mac.softpedia.com/>

  • How can i view third party charges to my account?

Have you registered with my Verizon so you can access your account online?

If you select my Verizon at the top of the screen, it will prompt you for the information needed to do so.

  • How can i download third party Softwares from Support tab in Apple site?

    Hi,
Previously i downloaded third party softwares for mac like Browsers, Anti- Virus softwares from Apple site but now i can download only Apple products (softwares) not third party softwares from download links so any one please let me know the status.
    Thanks in advance,
    Suresh Balakrishnan.

Apple no longer hosts a website for 3rd party software.  Instead it runs the Mac App Store, which offers a good range of software.
If you are very keen for the apps and other things that are not in the Mac App Store, a good app to download is "Bodega" - which provides another app store experience.
    Cheers,
    Rodney

  • I want third party cookies enabled in firefox for linux !! when it will happen ?

Hello. I have Firefox 24,i'm on linux64,and i understood that default block of 3rd party cookies,is postponed (again). I don't need cookies,as they're possible security risks and tracking,as i'm sure many of the linux users don't want aswell.
Why Mozilla postponed that ? Maybe some good 'advice' from the big brother Google ?
I used Firefox since the 2.0 releases, and despite all, i don't want to change the browser. Please some in charge keep it safe, and keep us safer.

This isn't an answer to your question, only a note.
    <b>Google doesn't run or fund Firefox!</b><br>
Google only pays Mozilla to be set as the default search engine[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla_Foundation#Financing [1]] .
Anything else that you may hear about Google funding its competition is only rumors.
As for your question, are you asking how to disable only third party cookies? This can be done, via Firefox options. <i>(See attached screenshot)</i>

  • Safari third party cookies

As one of the few user who still uses hotmail, I've got a problem with Safari logging me out on live.com.
I have chosen to accept only cookies from site I navigate to, thus blocking cookies from third party websites.
Now, for logging out on live.com, it seems to be necessary to ALWAYS accept cookies, including third party cookies.
Hotmail uses cookies from passport.com, not live.com, for tracking whether you have already logged out or not.
This is quite annoying, for I can't properly log out without temporarily changing my cookies settings.
Is there any way (preferences, terminal, application, ...) to custom accept cookies?
So I can still block third party cookies, but always allow cookies from passport.com?
I know this is a standard functionality of Firefox and even IE, why is it missing in Safari?
    I'm using Safari 5.1 on osX 10.7.1
    Thanks in advance,
    Gert Milis

Downloaded and installed it, but it doesn't seem to have any affect on the "third party cookies" problem.  I go to the "bill pay" section of the credit union website and it just shows a blank page.
So do I have to set Safari to "ALWAYS" accept third party cookies no matter what, and then use this other program to delete the hundreds that will be accepted that I don't want?  That seems very cumbersome.  As a long-time Mac user, I am sort of shocked at how little thought seems to have gone into cookie-handling.  I would also figure someone might have written an "extension" to give more user control over how cookies are dealt with.
Safari has frustrated me greatly so far.  There have been other issues as well, such as some "embedded" videos on some webpages just don't even show up,..there is nothing clickable to "make it load" or anything...just a blank spot on the page.  Other webpages formats are completely screwed up by Safari...it puts text and headers in wrong places, and won't display some pages at all.
