How can I enable TOR with add-ons?

I want to use TOR on latest stable version of Mozilla Firefox.
I research on internet but I could not find tutorials about it. Because everyone suggest Tor Browser Bundle. But I don't want to use it, because it does not update itself and no updates means no security. I can not update it manually each time :(
So I want to use Tor with open source plug-ins and/or extensions. I don't want to install any app on my operating system.
How can I do it?
I try this:
I install Torbutton 1.5.2 extension from torproject's official web site. I set the "use custom proxy settings" from Torbutton's options.

I downloaded an add-on, recommended on the Apple website. However, my Final Cut Pro X is going really slow and keeps quiting!! Start the FxFactory application, and choose 'Uninstall FxFactory' from the Actions menu.
That would be the instruction if you still have the application somewhere.
I think if you go to your main hard drive and open the Library/Application Support folder, you'll see a folder named Noise Industries. Delete that folder.

Run Java Preferences.app. It is in the Utilities folder. If you do not have Java Installed, it will download the latest appropriate version for you.
If you are actually still on 10.6.7, you need to update to 10.6.8 and also Install any Security Updates that appear after you update to 10.6.8. You should do this BEFORE you enable Java.

Yeah I get that too...It's a bug that started after installing Internet Explorer 8 in Windows XP Professional Edition 32 bit with only Service Pack 2. This results in inability to install Adobe Flash Player. When you click on install Adobe Flash Player, instead of saying the usual "Install ActiveX Control" in the yellow bar at the top it says "Internet Explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled." I'm thinking maybe install SP3? It's kicking into addons disabled mode when I start the browser. It's almost definitely because of an error with something called Direct Access Component 1.0.0.1, I have no idea what that is and it tells me I need to run a diagnostic on it. However, when I click on run the diagnostic like it tells me to, it says I must upgrade to SP3. Anyone know how to fix this Access Component error?

Right now I'm using version 3.6 somthing, but I would love to update, but I'm nervous cause last time I did my Add ons and Ext that I use didn't work. How would I know if my add ons and exts are compatible with a new version?

I'm using version 3.6.24 (whatever the latest update was that just took place 2 days ago for the 3.6 Version) What I would like to know is if I update to a newer version like 7 or 8, whichever is not a Beta, how will I know if my add ons and extensions will work? I did not make any console adjustments for debugging on my WebLogic 10.3.2.0 - however I am running in development mode on an "adminServer" (an option during the install)
In the console there is a debug setup page - that seems to have no effect for me (I can always debug) - so either it is a combination of development mode and/or the startWeblogic script from the Eclipse plugin.
However, these debug settings are likely for debugging into the server - you only want to debug your own app code right?
On the console page goto
