How can i enter to icloud if i don´t know the id because i bought me i phone from a second hand
Please i need URGENT help, because i can not use my iphone , it have both botton crushed and the only way to fix them is accesing to the iphone by icloud but as i bought it from a second hand is impossible for me to know the iclod id , i have my apple id whish i used for itunes, and the store but i can´t enter to the iclod with this id because is not avalible.What can i do, it cost a lot of money and i dont want to loos it.

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone. Take it back and get a refund, the phone is useless without the Apple ID.

I got a new phone but backed it up through my itunes, and when I tried to use icloud it kept telling me I have forgotten my password, when I really really didn't. So I went to settings > itunes&appstore and changed my password, but also changed the email address too while I was at it, since I've always wanted to change it. But now here's the problem. My iphone's icloud is currently logged in with my old apple ID email address, which seems to not work with the new password, so I can't log it or even delete the account off my iphone. How can I use my account if I don't know the answers to my security questions?
When I go to buy something from the app store or iTunes it will make me answer my security questions but any answer I put doesn't go through so i'm trying to find a way to figure out how I can get in.

Thank you for the help. Every app on my phone was downloaded using my old I-tunes ID. I just hope that they will re-download under my new ID because I still can't change it on my phone. In order to change to the new ID it says I have to sign out from the old ID and change to the new one. My problem is that I don't remember my password to be able to sign out from my old ID. Then the phone says it can change my password through e-mail and I agree but I never get an e-mail at my old address or the new one.

For example on my iphone I log in with a yahoo account. My ipod was originally set up with another e-mail account (which I can't remember the password). I want to use the yahoo e-mail and the password associated with it to log on to both devices.Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too. -

To delete your iCloud account from Settings>iCloud they have to enter your ID password.
The can place the iPod in Recovery mode and they restore the iPod but they will have to enter your iCloud ID and PW to activate the iPod.

How do i log out off the app store as it has the wrong email and I can't do my updates as i don't know the password
Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, tap on the Apple ID, and choose 'Sign Out'.
However, logging out of the iTunes & App Store won't change the Apple ID you need to use to update an app. It only affects what Apple ID you're using to download a new app.
Apps always have to be updated using the Apple ID that was used to download it originally. Go to iforgot.apple.com to reset that password. If you cannot do so, then contact Apple Account Security, or delete the app and redownload it using an Apple ID and Password that you know. -

Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen items. A carrier may offer IMEI blocking (non in the USA currently do, but elsewhere some do). Your carrier would already know your IMEI number anyway, so just contact them and ask them about it.
It is VERY good that you had a passcode lock on the device. That means your personal information will be safe. And yes, after 10 failed attempts (each with increasing time out between allowing another attempt) the device will permanently lock them out until they restore the device in iTunes. Anyone can go ahead and restore your iPhone as new in iTunes, but that also wipes everything off it and restores it to new condition - which does mean they can go off and use it as theirs, but at least all your data is gone.
Did you file a police report it was stolen? Also your carrier should be told (and ask them about IMEI blocking). Sorry it is gone, but you did the best thing possible to protect yourself and your information when you set up that passcode lock. -

Return your iPhone for a refund. There is no way to remove the Activation Lock. Apple won't get involved.

The account on my phone is linked to an old email adress that no longer exists and won't accept any of my passwords (although, this account did accept a pasword several days ago to restore my old phone to it's original settings but it won't accept that password anymore...)
I can't change the password because the first security questions asks for my birthday which it won't accept.

Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Since upgrading to 8.0 I can no longer print from Mapquest Classic. It's not a Mapquest problem it's a Firefox problem as I am able to print using IE.
