How can I extract page with showing the e-sign signatures? When I extract pages, the e-sign signatures are all disappear. Or can I save the documents without verify the signatures? When I open the documents, it need verify the signatures and then open it now.

The thing you have to realize is when using Acrobat or Reader to create a digital signature you are signing the whole document (all of the bytes in the document). You are not signing just the page where the signature appearance resides.
Another thing to realize is the signature appearance (what you see on the page in the signature field) is not the signature itself. The signature proper is a block of hex encoded bytes written into the PDF file and not something you see (unless you open the file in a text editor). What you see on the page is just a graphical representation of the actual signature, but it's not the actual signature.
When you extract a page (even if it had the signature appearance on it) it is just a sub-set of the signed bytes, and if the signature were to be extracted as well it would be invalid because the bytes in the extracted file would not match the bytes in the signature. Because the signature in the extracted document would always be invalid we just remove it.

Have you redeemed your iTunes card to an account associated with an Apple ID?
Once you have your iPad associated with an Apple ID AND you have an account with a credit card associated with the same Apple ID AND you have some 'store credit' (from redeeming your iTunes card) then purchases use the store credit before they charge the credit card, so you should be ok!
Personally, I use 'store credit' as a way to monitor whether or not there have been any 'unauthorised' purchases because as soon as the store credit is zero, the security code from the credit card is needed for further purchases! It does mean that I have sometimes to top up store credit before making a purchase, but 'better safe than sorry'!

How can I extract pages and maintain links.

I have a catalog index several pages long and all links to various pages in rest of catalog.
I want to extract those pages with the links to the pages intact and insert into a modified version of same catalog. Page numbers remain exactly the same.
When I extract the pages the link appears to be there(hand changes to finger pointer), but the action has been removed. When you click you go nowhere.
How can I extract these pages and re-insert with links intact?

To extract pages, you need to use Acrobat (not Adobe Reader). As I can attest (because I do have both Reader and Acrobat installed on the same computer), it is quite easy to open files in Reader when you mean to open then in Acrobat. So, please make sure you have the right app open. (I pull this one all the time!)
Now, if the Tools menu is missing from Acrobat, choose View > Show/Hide > Toolbar Items > Show Toolbars to make them reappear.

As you can see, some row has <attr name="Order Online"> and some don't. I want to extract value of this attribute. It can be null for rows that don't have this attribute. How can I do it with extractvalue function? THANKS A LOT!

How can I get page 2 in the same format?

I have just completed the first sheet in Numbers, and I would like to know how to bring up successive sheets in the same format.
To get the first sheet, I went to:
Numbers
File
New from template chooser
Blank
Now I have filled that sheet and would like to continue with sheet 2.
I tried clicking on Sheet in the toolbar, but got a very small sheet, not full size.

Depending on how your margins are set and the height of your table rows, you will get some number of rows per page. Your only control of where the pages break is with those controls. Margin setting is a Sheet Property and can't be changed page by page, but if there's a particular row that you want to end a page with, just increase the height of that last row until the rows below pop to the next page.
If you have a Header Row, you can ask it to repeat at the top of each page, so you don't have to manually repeat the column headings.
Knowing how to easily change the dimensions of a table, in rows and columns, is amongst the basic stuff covered in the Numbers User Guide. You can get it from the Help Menu. A good read on a Winter's evening.

How can I stop Pages from changing the date of a document?

It seems that at some point not long ago, I set Pages to use the current date when I use a template that I made. But now, when I open an existing document that was made with that template, the date is changed to the current date. I certainly do not want that to happen. Does anyone know what I can do to stop Pages from doing this? Thanks so much for any input.

Update: Immediately after posting this question, I found the simple answer: double clicking the date and unchecking the 'automatic update' box.

Right click on the date to change its behavior and once you have fixed it resave your template.

How Can I extract pages from a PDF document into a separate document by clicking a link?

I have created a large PDF document with several pages, I have a link symbol on the contents page of the document that relates to several services on different pages within the document. Currently they are identified by having the same link symbol on every page that relates to that particular service. I was wondering if there was any way in which I can create a interactive pdf, when I click the initial symbol link on the contents, it collates all the relevant linked service pages into a single document or guides the viewer to all the pages without having to create a separate pdf document for each service?

Simple answer - no. PDF files cannot reassemble themselves into new documents, nor can you hide pages.

How can I create pages with different backgrounds

I'm creating flash site which will have different backgrounds for each page. I'll load the individual pages with "MovieClipLoader." My understanding about MovieClipLoaders is that, it doesn't matter the background of your mc, the page to which you are loading will maintain it's background.
How do I achieve that?

TS1292 my code on my itunes card has come off, how can i redeem it with =out the code,

when trying to take the sticky off the back of the card all the code has come off. I do have receipt for it as i bought in a supermarket today, how can i redeem this itunes card now, as i paid 25pds.

How can I get Messages to show the correct time for read receipts?

Messages in Mountain Lion shows the wrong time for read receipts. For example, my iPad will show a message was read at 3:37 pm but if I open Messages on my MacBook, the read receipt shows the time that I opened the Messages app as opposed to the time the message was actually read. This is not too much of an issue if my iPad is handy, but really, shouldn't Messages on my MacBook be able to show the correct time the message was read? It syncs all the other infromation with Messages on iOs.
I should mention that if Messages is running on my MacBook when the recipient reads the message, then it does show the correct time the message was read. It's if Messages was not running and I re-launch it that the read receipt time gets mixed up.

I will admit that in most cases reading and receiving as the app opens will be near enough the same time in some conversations.
Adding Time Stamps to Chat is what iChat has always done particularly with AIM based Chats.
The "Sync" in Messages is "display on all devices" and after that each iMessages is dealth with separately on each device.
There is no syncing of deleting/dimssing an iMessages or having read it on another device.

How can I get Mail to show the correct cc: address?

Generally, I always set Apple Mail to cc: a copy of any message I send out to me in my regular user name. For some strange reason, since I upgraded to Mavericks last year, instead of migrating my name to the cc: line in any message I send, on one of my computers some other version of my name with my college graduating class at the end of it and many spaces between my first and last name appears in the cc: line instead. What has gone wrong in this particular computer, and where is it in the preferences or other low-level files that I can fix it? I try to remove the faulty address from my list, but it keeps coming back to haunt me when next I boot up my computer. I find the file in Contacts on that computer, but for some reason I cannot delete it. Any suggestions about how to fix this problem?

Thunderbird 31.0 starts up dislaying a subfolder instead of the inbox. Resetting did not help. How can I get back to showing the inbox on startup?

Last night I shut down while in a subfolder. Today TB starts in that subfolder and I can't get back to the inbox.
I know that my inbox still exists since it appears for about 1/3 second on startup, then the subfolder appears. Also, using a search, I can find a message received yesterday.
I couldn't find a solution in the Mozilla help files or even googling the problem. I'm sure the fix is obvious and I'll probably feel stupid when I learn the answer!
