How can I extract pics from my iPad synched to another PC

So I have got an iPad which was synched to another computer and now I dont have that computer anymore. I have a macbook which has its own library which is synched with my iPhone. Everytime I connect the iPad to my macbook, I get an error message saying "it will delete all my photos from iPad".
Now I dont want to lose all those pics. I have been searching online and just cannot find any way to get this done. Any help will be appreciated.

Synced photos are deleted from the iPad by not including them in the next photo sync - so if you want those photos to remain on the iPad then you will need to copy them to that computer so that they can be included in the sync.
To copy them from the iPad you will need a third-party app such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.
Or you could consider using a third-party photo management app instead of Photos which will give you more control over your photos e.g. Photo Manager Pro
