in my production some one changed my sap-mm transaction status from display mode to change mode now i need to trace out who changes that status .
please reply me how can i trace which user changes that status

Hi,
If you are asking in regards to change of transaction values in particular role, you can get the details from SUIM t-code.
Go to SUIM--> expand change documents and click on role and provide the details (select overvie of change documents under change document header in that screen)and execute.
you get the details when ever the role was changed and on what dates and by whom.
Hope that helps you, if not please provide more details on what exactly you require.

Hi,
You can transport any requests to any systems even though they are not in the transport domain.
1) Move the corresponding data & cofiles( in /usr/sap/trans/data & /usr/sap/trans/cofiles directories) to the same location in the target system.
2)Add the request to the queue from STMS ->Import Queue ->Extras ->Other Requests - >Add.
3)The execute the transport as usual.

How can I check who changed a room number for an Asset?

Hi people!
I'm working as BASIS and in december we make a restore from production to another environment to make some test.. a user tell me that in transaction AS03 for an specific Asset number and company code the number of the room are diferent. For example he tell me that if he go to production and check the same asset for the same company code that he check in the test environment the room are diferents.. I think that maybe someone change it because 'is a restore'... I think that is imposible that this is caused by the restore.
Someone knows how can I check in some transaction or table who change this room number?

As stated by Eli, only where there is approval process involving workflow for any changes to the master, then it will be stored temporarily, till the approval process completes.
If there is no approval process in the system (no workflow), them it immediate updates the database.

Goto Tcode: STAD or SM21 and u can find the necessary thing what u want.
In SM21, give the appropriate dates or the user id and execute.
In STAD, give the appropriate dates or the user id and execute.
Both the transactions are similar.

Table entries got deleted ,how can we find who has deleted these entries

We are using ECC6 /Oracle,few days back 2000 entries got deleted from one table.
How can we get the log for deleted entries with all the details like User ID ,Date and time of Deletion.
I have already checked STAD and DBACOCKPIT for SQL queries of deletion of records but could not find any log .
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Yes, under controlled situation, you can find some information(at least date and time with what was deleted) even if deleted from SQL level.
You can use ORACLE's log miner - Using LogMiner to Analyze Redo Log Files

How can I find and change text in Hyperlinks?

I have 6000 hyperlinks in my document, I need to change all of the "&" they contain (in the url destination, not in the textflow) to "%26" so I can export to Epub correctly (I'm getting the classic "Export failed" and found out in forums that ampersands in hyperlinks are the problem).
Can this replacement be automated? Maybe with Javascript? I just don't know how to search just through hyperlinks' text (url).

How can I find and change a mask that was created by someone else?

I need to adapt a design to a billboard; it was originally created by our parent company's marketing. The billboard company just informed me that I need to incorporate a bleed area and the document does not have that.
I think it's using a mask on the items that will need to bleed, so I need to find the masking box and expand it to meet the bleed. But since I did not create this document, I have no idea how to find it and it's difficult to reach Marketing.
Is there an easy way to find the mask, or make it visible?

Select >> Object >> Clipping Masks
Object >> Clipping Mask >> Release
If you find there are no clipping masks, you can also mask using the tranparency palette. UYou basiclaly have on lemtn whcih is your art, adn some art on top whcih serves as the mask, you slect both then use the make mask command form the transprency palette.
Do a CMD Y to better analiyze how this is constructed, as without a screenshot we can only make a best guess as to what is going on.

What I have started doing is for calls that don't allow for caller ID, I allow them to go over to voicemail.
So far I am finding that a huge number of those calls with no caller ID refuse to leave a message on voicemail also.
I figure it they were that interesting in calling me that they can't leave a voicemail, I can't be bothered calling them back either.
It has certainly cut down on the number of phone calls I have to deal with using voicemail as a filter.

Which transaction did you do ?
was it a DDL ? thats is create , alter, drop , truncate , comment , rename ... if you are using any of those commands then its an auto commit..
like you give:
sql> create table tab1 ( -----) ;
sqL> table created;
sql > rollback;
sql> desc tab1;
this will show its structure.. because its auto commit..
so please tell us what statement did you use and on what object did you use..
my knowlege in oracle is limited so cant help you more.. or wait for an experts reply..
