I have an other stuff category accroding to itunes. Itunes already turned off podcasts for me, but I can only get 947 songs and not the full 1000. What can I do to maxmize the storage so it is all music and nothing else?

i previously had 21.97 Gb music, over 6 Gb photos, about 1Gb of apps, and minute amount of audio
now i have no music, 5.4 Gb photos and similar (0.8Gb) for apps and audio. i have deleted heaps of photos and unused apps to try to make space but obviosly this is a much bigger problem. I also created a smaller music folder on itunes to sync to but at present no music is selected for syncing due to the lack of available space.
i have 15Gb icloud account now also which is about half full.
Ive done a little research and heard similar tales but with much smaller other totals than this. Can you help?

I had the same problem today and was able to resolve it without having to do a restore or reset. The problem had something to do with my mail accounts. The upgrade reset my mail settings, switching both my gmail and my .mac mail to "archive all mail". I went into the General Settings, disabled that setting, and resynced the phone. The "other" storage allottment dropped back down to less than a gig.
Before you restore or reset, I would try that first.

1) Open your PDF (in Adobe Acrobat Pro)
2) Chose print
The print/printer options pop-up will show.
3) In the printer section, do not use your normal printer, a printer named Adobe PDF should be an option. Chose it.
4) Under the "Page handling" section, change the Page Scaling drop-down menu to "Multiple pages per sheet".
It works fine, but it looses all of the font information and the search no longer works. How can you do it and save the font info, so the search tool continues to operate.

I haven't been able to figure out how to use my Time Capsule as my main router, currently it's connected to my old router and isn't doing much as I'm still getting internet from my old, not as good router. How do I take advantage of the Time Capsule's capabilities and make it my main router? (Preferably get rid of the other one.) The Time Capsule doesn't have an ADSL port which is why I've found it difficult to do this and even when connected to the other router I'm still receiving internet from that one and not the Time Capsule.
