the button on my earpods that came with my iphone is messed up and it was like that when i took them out of my iphone 5c box. when i plug the headphones in they activate siri and make the volume go up and down randomly, it is very anoying. if i cant fix the button will apple replace them coz they came with my brand new iphone 5c and they were broken when i took them out of the box. or is there anyway to fixthe button

If you have applecare or if your phone is still under warrinty if they are not working correctly , call apple support for your product, tell them the issue and they will send you a new set.
You can get the number from apple.com website,or google it.
PS They usually charge you 29.00 us on a credit card if they do not get they defective item back.But they will give a free shipping lable with the new ones to send the old ones back in the same package.

OH my god SOMEONE PLEASEE help me. I closed itunes so maybe it could work again now it looks like its never downloaded it dissapeared from my library. 3 possible cure. Try the easy one first.
Reset
Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.
Reset All Settings
Setting>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Erase All Contents and Settings (backup before you proceed)
Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Contents and Settings

IPad with a second iTunes library sync: all apps don't work any more...how can I fix the problem?

I was used to sync my iPad (iOs 4.3.5) with my main personal computer (with windows 7 64 bit on it) but after the pc went off I synchronized the iPad to my laptop (windows vista 32 bit) just for searching iOs update...the result was that any apps work anymore!!!!! How can I fix the problem?

If it's happening on all the apps that you've downloaded from the App Store, but not the Apple built-in ones, then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.
If it's happening on all apps then try closing them all completely and then see if they work when you re-open them : from the home screen (i.e.not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Have you tried starting in Safe Mode and see if the slowness still occurs?
Restart holding the "shift" key.
(Expect it to take longer to start this way because it runs a directory check first.)
If this works look in System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login items and delete any third party login items (-), you can always add them back with the (+). Also look in /Library/Startup Items. Nothing is put in that folder by default, so anything in there is yours.
Reboot normally and test.

Have you tried doing turning the battery level display off and then General -> "Reset all settings"? You won't loose any data and that should do the trick.

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.

If it is disabled because of the passcode, see this article: iPhone and iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
