How can I fix the time in my iphone5c

My iphone 5c time sets still, it loops back to the time of last reset. I have done different resets, and even taking it to the genius bar and they were not able to make my phone show the right time. they say it is a hardware issue, not software. Any ideas? it all started with wifi issues, then imessage until finally time issues. change the settings to manually, back to automatic and still didn´t fix the time. Please help.
I updated to the last IOS 8.1.3, done setting reset, content and setting reset, itunes restore/reset, applecare guided reset. change time manually and automatic. genius bar reset, and time issue has not been fixed.

It sounds like there is an issue with the Mac itself.

Even if you cannot connect by ethernet, at current location.. you can simply disconnect the TC from the network and bring it to the Mac and plug it in by ethernet. The TC can be reset if you haven't got a suitable current setup (save previous setup before you change it) and run just as backup device.. do the backup and then return it to the network.
If this is just a standard incremental backup.. then something has broken. The issue is not the TC pe se but failure in hardware somewhere.

This is a common issue that NI LabVIEW does not address.
The good news is that OpenG provides a function to do just what you need.

The way to get the OpenG functions is to use the JKI VI Package Manager (VIPM).
In addition to the OpenG functions there are several other community provided tools avaliable through VIPM.
For a quick test, I'm attaching these files (LV version 2010 sp1):
Fit VI window to Largest Dec__ogtk.vi and the required sub vi Current VIs Parents Ref__ogtk.vi.
You should really use VIPM to get the full OpenG library - there are many gems in there.

you could see if a reset of the NVRAM could help.
Read carefully & when using the keyboard sequence, let the computer
start tone sound three times, to be sure the reset has really occurred.

Does the time gain by itself? Is the Time Server set to automatically
keep the computer time corrected when you are online? You may
also try the manual settings, if the computer had not been used in
some time, because if the battery gets too low, the capacitor in a
portable computer can also lose power, & NVRAM - PRAM chip
settings could be lost. However by then, Date can also be wrong.
Was there anything else going on that may have affected this?

Have you tried starting in Safe Mode and see if the slowness still occurs?
Restart holding the "shift" key.
(Expect it to take longer to start this way because it runs a directory check first.)
If this works look in System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login items and delete any third party login items (-), you can always add them back with the (+). Also look in /Library/Startup Items. Nothing is put in that folder by default, so anything in there is yours.
Reboot normally and test.

Have you tried doing turning the battery level display off and then General -> "Reset all settings"? You won't loose any data and that should do the trick.
