How can I follow the red line in the timeline?

Bit of a basic question, but when i play through a song i want it to follow with the red line, but it keeps going off the screen and it never follows it
how do i put it back on?

There is no print command but you can use the Grab utility to make a screen shot of the timeline and then print that.

How can I view the timeline for a event

I'm a bit of a newbie in iMovie 10 and don't seem to be able to find a way to turn on a timeline display for a Project. In other words, if I want to start a clip at 11:54 and end it at 13:10, where can I see that information? Shouldn't there be a continuous display showing me where I am in a Project?

You should see the timeline in the middle of the window and it will be above the string of clips for your movie that you are currently making. For the events and the collection of clips, you will need to import them in and then trim down or you can select the section of the clip and drag in down to the timeline. How can I prevent the timeline palette from opening up in Photoshop CS6?

I'm upgrading from CS5 and now every time I open a document in Photoshop, the Timeline animation window opens up. I'm on a MacBook Pro 15" and don't need the Timeline. It stills open up even after saving a new workspace with it closed and not even docked. Please help because this is annoying. Thanks.

Repairing the permissions of a home folder in Lion is a complicated procedure. I don’t know of a simpler one that always works.
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the page that opens.
Drag or copy — do not type — the following line into the Terminal window, then press return:
chmod -R -N ~
The command will take a noticeable amount of time to run. When a new line ending in a dollar sign ($) appears below what you entered, it’s done. You need to execute the below transaction:
1) T.Code - VL11 : To create 2 different enquiry. To make a single Quotation for 2 enqury, use T.Code - VL21. Here once you enter the main screen, select drop down on Sales Document Type, the first option on topmest line & you will get an option --> Create with reference. Select the first enquiry & enter & repreat the sceond enquiry & enter. Now Both Enquiry will be a part of same Quotation.
2) T.Code - VL21: To create 2 different Quotation. To make a single Quotation for 2 enqury, use T.Code - VL01. Here once you enter the main screen, select drop down on Sales Document Type, the first option on topmest line & you will get an option --> Create with reference. Select the first enquiry & enter & repreat the sceond enquiry & enter. Now Both Quotation will be a part of same Order.
3) T.Code - VA01: To create 2 different Order. To make a single delivery, go to T.Code VL10A & select the 2 Order & create collective processing of Delivery to create a single Delivery.
4) T.Code - VL01N: To create 2 different Delivery (other T.codes can also be used to create delivery such as VL04, VL10A, VL10C, etc). To create single Billing for 2 Delivery, go to T.Code: VF01 & enter 2 Delivery numbers & press ENTER. This will merge 2 Delivery together.
Note: It is assumed that the parameter are common & meet the requirement for combining various documents.

While populating the field catlog do the following thing to   avoid zeros.
wa_fieldcat-tabname = 'I_OUTPUT'.    " Curr
wa_fieldcat-fieldname = 'FWAER'.
wa_fieldcat-seltext_l = text-023.
wa_fieldcat-no_zero = 'X'.
APPEND wa_fieldcat TO i_fieldcat.
CLEAR wa_fieldcat.

We can put the duration, e.g. January, 2009 to June, 2009, which gives me the result for sum of this duration. and in one single column. My concern here is how can i distribute the duration single month wise like following:

The Inspector offers choices of format for negative numbers when you choose Number of Currency as the format for a cell. Also offered when the format is set to Automatic, IF the selected cell(s) contain number(s).
The choices are in the pop-up menu beside the box for number of decimal places.

The same is happening for me. Today I decided to reboot my PC because it was acting up a bit, go figure, and then for some reason at the same time the PC was restarting my macbook froze. I had to do a reboot with the restart button but then all that came up was a gray background and in the middle of the screen was a darker gray folder with a white question mark in the middle of it, blinking. I can't imagine why the restart would've affected my macbook. After finding information on how to fix this, I tried all of the steps that were given about using the mac OS X disk to use the first aid utility to fix it. When using the Disk Utility option whenever I select my hardrive and am in the First Aid tab, the only button I can use is the Verify Disk Permissions. The other three buttons, and namely the most important Repair Disk button, is/are not selectable (grayed out). I then tried resetting the PRAM the way they also said with the command + option + P + R and waited for the second startup sound. After that I gave the Disk Utility a second try, but still nothing. And now if I try to just reinstall the OS completely I can't even select a destination volume on the third step (Select Destination). Apparently this means i'm SOL.
