    To check for activation you need to go to all the machines in which you have installed CC apps, launch any of the CC software, go to help and you will see the email address mentioned by which you are logged in to that machine.

    I suspect that the issue is that Adobe likely doesn't issue Adobe IDs to children under 13, because of COPPA.  Given the nature of Adobe's products, the potential legitimate userbase of under-13s is small, and the compliance costs could be very high.  Bear in mind that a kid under 13 can't legally sign up for a Facebook account, with or without parental permission, either, because FB doesn't want the liability for compliance if it knowingly signed up under-13-year-olds.

    Me too. I just got cut off by Navdeep in an online chat when I told him my problem, and I can't access chat again even on a different browser. The instructions for cancelling subscription or changing credit card details do not apply to Australian customers. I sent them an email informing I couldn't even print the invoice or view my billing history but the email bounced back saying their inbox is full!

    Last month i bought this plan "Creative Cloud subscription - Edition for Students and Teachers (one year)", but when i installed the programs, they were only for a few days, like a free trial. I don´t know why, because i got this subscription on my profile. So today, March 17, i bought again the plan, and now it works.
    The problem is that on my profile appears that i have 2 times the same plan, and Adobe is going to charge on my credit card two times, for each plan. How can i unsuscribe for one of them? I tried everything, but the chat is never allowed and the phone number doesn´t exist.
    Please help me with this! I will appreciate very much!

  • How can I make the font bigger in Creative Cloud?

    Since I saw no other posts come up in the search, I need to know if I can make the Creative Cloud app itself have a bigger font.  I finally found where someone had shown how to do it for Photoshop.  (This is due to the fact I am on a Toshiba laptop with an Ultra 4K screen, resolution at 3840 x 2160.)  Basically I can barely read any of the app names to know what is available to install.

  • How can I access Edge Inspect from my Creative Cloud account?

    In the Edge FAQ it is stated, that all Edge apps are available for free (with certain restrictions). It is also said that those free versions are not limited to a certain timeframe, but I need a free Creative Cloud subscription to access them.
    Edge Inspect doesn't appear in my apps tab though. And I cannot activate a free Creative Cloud subscription either, because that is limited to 30 days.
    My question is, if I can use the free version of Edge Inspect. If yes, how? If no, why is there a free version that no one can use for free, only evaluate for 30 days?

  • How can i change the mail of my creative cloud

    every time i open the creative cloud  to download other apps another mail that does not work appears and it gives me no options but to send a mail to verify the account however the mail they send it to is not my mail so how do i change it???

    Hi Daniela,
    I would make sure you have the correct email on Adobe.com first. You can change it using the process here if needed: Adobe ID, sign in, and account help
    You could also create a new Adobe ID with the correct email address if needed. Once you have the correct email set on Adobe.com you should be able to complete the verification process.
    You can sign out of the currently used email address in the Creative Cloud app from its preferences Gear icon in the top right > Preferences > Account section
    Solution 5 (with the app closed will also reset it) App doesn't open | Progress wheel spins continually
    and on relaunch  you should be prompted to re-enter it

  • How can I print all of my 2012 Creative Cloud Monthly receipts?

    Being the first 'end of year' that the Creative Cloud has seen, I am sure that I am not the only one that is trying to accesss 8 or more months worth of receipts to print out for 2012 tax purposes.  The only receipt available in the My Adobe Account area is my initial 1 month purchase- which is not sufficient.  Any one have any suggestions?

  • Can I add my wife to my Creative Cloud membership?

    I have a Creative Cloud educational membership and have CC installed at home and at school.  So far I have mostly used Indesign and Photoshop.  My wife is also interested in using those programs and possibly some others.  What is the simplest and least expensive way to get CC installed in her computers as well?  Does she need a separate membership?  Or can we perhaps be a two-person team?  Thanks very much!

    As I nearly never use photoshop and as I already own a full Adobe Lightroom license and have just purchased a Photoshop Elements 13 License, I wish to cancel my Adobe CC Photography program Membership but could not reach anybody from Adobe using the chat section (I've tried 10 times and waited for hours). How could I proceed ?

    Thanks for your feedback.
    In any case, it is required to contact the support to cancel my membership but :
    - Chat support is unresponsive. try at least ten times without any anybody on the other end
    - Phone number is not an international number so not accessible from Belgium/Luxembourg area
    I'm really disappointed by the difficulty of all this !
