I'm trying to format the Iphone 5s but it pun Icloud . It ask password but show the password is incorrect. I have trying and trying again but nothing.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

How can I format the y-axis to display durations?

How can I cause the y-axis of this chart to reflect the values in Row 6 [Average Pace (Minutes per Mile)] of the corresponding table in duration format rather than number format. In other words, I need the y-axis to be a list of durations appearing like the figures in Row 6. Also, I need it to begin with the longest duration (10:00) and to climb to the shortest duration (5:00) at the top. I'll should mention that I already tried using the Inspector, but the "Duration" formatting option for the y-axis was not selectable while other formats were. I also tried formatting the y-axis this way to "Same as source data," and this didn't cause it to display durations either, though I had expected it to. Thanks in advance!

Hi Ryan,
Numbers can display only numeric values on the Y axis, and those values are always arranged from highest to lowest, with highest at the top.
That said, here's what is possible:
There is, of course, some manipulation of the data involved in this, as well as replacement of the value axis labels with custom labels in a text box.
Here's what's happenng with the man behind the curtain:
While the chart shows the data from row 6, it is actually graphing the data from row 7 (or whatever row you choose to place this data in.
Row 7 uses a formula ( =-60*24*STRIPDURATION(B6) ) to first strip the Duration from the data in row 6, returning a number representing the fraction of a 24 hour day equivalent to the duration in row 6.
It multiplies that number by 24*60 to convert it to the number of minutes (and fractions of minutes) in the duration, and changes the sign of the number to - (negative) so that the shorter values will be higher in the chart.
Selecting row 7 and choosing Line Chart from the Charts Button's menu produces, with one difference, the chart shown after setting the min and max values on the Y axis to -10 and -5 respectively, and incrementing the number of steps on the Y axis from 4 to 5).
The difference, of course, is that the Y axis value labels all show negatic=ve numbers, with no m to indicate they show 'minutes.' To correct this, insert a text box and enter the six numbers 5 to 10, with each followed by an m and a return.
Select the Text box, change the alignment to Right aligned (with the alignment button in the format bar), then drag the box in front of the Value axis labels with the 5s aligned.
In the Inspector, choose Text inspector, then Text. Use the Space after Paragraph stepper to increase the setting until the 10 in the box aligns with the 10 in the Value Axis labels box. You may have to tweak the height of the chart slightly to achieve this alignment.
Select the chart, then choose the Chart Inspector, then Axis. Use Choose Axis Options (for the Value Axis) to uncheck Show Value Labels.

Try something like the following, assume the variable 'd' underneath is your double value that you want to format.
double d = 4.45678;
NumberFormat nf = NumberFormat.getNumberInstance();
nf.setMaximumFractionDigits(5);
nf.setMinimumFractionDigits(5);
String number = nf.format(d);
Then use the string "number" for printing out.

How can I format the harddisk?

I upgraded from snowleopard to OS lion and made a partition to still have Snow Leopard for some applicatins that would not run on Lion.
Lion collapsed completely. I cannot reinstall the OS because the partition was made under Lion and I have only the recovery disk for snow leopard.
Every time I try to install the OS, there is an alert and it stops installation.
I need to get rid of the partition but cannot do it. So, I should format the complete harddisk, but this is not possible for me.

How can i format the input in a prompt?

I am using the "Prompt User for Input" funtion to enter in data. I need the user to enter in a time and I don't see anyway of formatting the control box in the prompt. When I use a regular numerical control, I can set the input format to time. Is there anyway to do this in the prompt? I know that I could use a sepearte box for hours, minutes, and seconds, but that would require a lot of extra error checking and wouldn't be as neat.

What you want to do the url button,just create a URL and paste in excel sheet and link the cell to URL button.But you need to split the URL syntax and palce into 2 cells. one cell contains the server details and another one contains the prompt values and concatenate these two cells.use the concatenated cell as URL button destination cell.

The Companion diskette contains programs to configure Toshiba computers

Toshiba computer during the boot process. If you need to access your CD-ROM

Alternately, you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Settings. If yo have a 1G or 2G iPod you need to have the iPod chargeing since it can take several hours.

HOW can I format the dimensions of an individual slide in Keynote?

I am using Keynote to produce my portfolio, which I eventually export as a .pdf and send as email attachments.
I have a Keynote document of 14 slides with dimensions of 1024 x 768.
I would like to change the dimensions of TWO slides within the document to 768 x 1024.
So, slides would be:
Landscape Landscape Landscape Portrait Portrait Landscape Landscape...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Setting slide dimensions is done in the document inspector, but "document " is the operative word here. The slide size you select is applied to all slides in the document. That precludes having two portrait slides among a batch of landscape slides.
You will need to make two Keynote documents. One with Lanscape orientation and one with portrait orientation.
Export the landscape slides to one .PDF then export the portrait slides to another .PDF then select both PDFs and in the Finder > Open. They will both open into one composite .PDF in Preview which you can edit, reorganize and Save As. This will give you a mixed portfolio in one document to send as an attachment.

How can I format the tabs on the top of the screen to fit to size?

I liked being able to see the full list of tabs at once on the old Numbers version. I like the larger space to view my tables but I do miss being able to jump from tab to tab without clicking through the list of tabs on the top. Any suggestions?

How can I initialize the xScale of a xygraph with a string like '03-00010' ?

I have two arrays. the first one is an array with decimal numbers (i.e. 0.9 ; 1.2 ; 5.0) and the second array is a string array (i.e. 03-01; 03-23; 05-001). I want to plot the pairs of values with a xygraph. How can I format the second array to scale the x-axis?

The only thing that an XY graph can plot is two numeric arrays - not strings. Either axis can display a numeric as date/time so if your string values represent this, then you convert the strings and do it. You could put the string values in an adjacent indicator and use a legend i.e. 1=03-01,2=03-23.
