How can I generate a multipage PDF of a tab in a Numbers document?

I am using Numbers for iPad to write down meeting minutes and spread them as PDF documents.
One Numbers document contains for one project for every meeting one tab with the minutes.
Formerly Numbers generated for long tabs several pages. Like in the print dialogue. Now this
isn't possibel anymore.
Is there any way to generate a multipage PDF of a long tab in a Numbers document?

Yes I want to generate a PDF from the iPad. Formerly it was possible to generate a multipage PDF directly from Numbers with the "open in" dialogue. That was very easy eventhough it wasn't possible to choose just one tab for PDFing.
I have several PDF / Printing Apps on the iPad like Quick Print, Printer Pro or PDF it All. I didn't succeed in creating a multipage PDF with one of these.
On the Mac version it ist still possible to create multipage PDFs with the printing dialogue for instance. But
I want to do it with the iPad.
And finally: I am using version 2.1 (1129)

You can use OpenOffice.org, running as a server and command it remotely for document convertion.
Besides HTML to PDF, there are also possible other convertions:

How can I generate a reusable list of hyperlinks to apply to new documents?

I have a list of hyperlinks I add to a document each month. I apply advertisers web addresses to their ads in a monthly magazine and the position of the ads vary. I need an easy way to reuse and apply these hyperlinks to frames containing the imported ad every month. I don't want to retype them each new issue. If it would be better achieved in Acrobat that would work, too. I currently do it in Acrobat and draw a border around each add, typing in the hyperlink anew each month. There has got to be an easier way!

the other thing I should mention is that we use a publishing plugin that
inserts the pages with the linked ads on them every month. So the frames
with the ads imported into them are created anew each month. Otherwise, I
could use the same document month to month and just relink the ads & resize
them when necessary, keeping the hyperlinks intact.

How can I do to create PDF without interacting with the user ( name file , folder name, etc ) ?
i know there's a function "saveas" with the type 'PDF!', but it does not work.
eg: dw_1.SaveAs ("C: \ Temp \ in \ dw_one.pdf", PDF !, false)
Do I have to install the printer 'Sybase DataWindow PS'?
I do not know where to find the drivers, and above all, it is compatible with Windows 8.1?

I would be very leery of going the web service route. Performance and scalability are two big issues we ran in to. The proof of concept went fine but when it came time to create lots of documents from lots of locations it was a show stopper. The service either stopped responding or vanished. This was with multiple servers behind a load balancer! PDF docs are fat and creating them takes some time. Sending the bytes across the wire and recreating them locally for lots of locations was a big problem once we moved from proof of concept to load testing. I would seriously consider a client based solution.

It's not a complicated pdf, just 15 pages of it. If I have to individually open each page to alter one word on each, it probably takes the profit margin out of the job.
It seems such a basic thing to be able to do, there have been many posts on the internet looking for a solution, yet they won't do it. Why has it not been included?

Do you need to do that just for these two sequences but not for other sequences? I don't see a problem to use SequenceFilePostStepRuntimeError. Create this callback in both sequence files and configure them to log into the same file. SequenceFilePostStepRuntimeError callback is called after each step of the sequence file if it has runtime error. You can access the calling step error information via RunState.Caller.Step.Result.Error property. Take a look to attached example.
The "other way" is useful if you need to log errors not for every step of the sequence file, but for some of them. This is more complex, because you need to create a custom step types for these steps. For the custom step you can create substeps (post-step in your case) which will be executed every time after step of this type executed. Then, this is you job to determine if error happened in the step, acces to step's error information is via Step.Result.Error property.
Also, be aware that step's post-expression is not executed in case of error in the step.

PDFs are not designed to be editable. Your engineers can make comments using Adobe Reader without any extra steps provided they use the highlight and sticky note comments. If you want them to have access to the full range of comment markup you will need to use Acrobat to apply extended rights to the file.

Hello pf1tarac, I don't believe that is possible. In order to create a PDF file, you would need Adobe Acrobat or some other PDF compatible product to save a scan to the PDF format.
There are some free PDF programs available. Here is a link to one of them.

You can make a PDF file out of you notes and handouts but using the Adobe PDF printer.
Open your PowerPoint Document then go to “File” “Print”
Select ‘Adobe PDF” Printer
Under slides, select which way you want to print. Note it will not print to a printer but to a PDF file.
After then go into printer Properties and Setup PDF properties, do the following: (see second image below)
Default: PDF/A 1-b
Adobe Security: none (change as needed)
Adobe Output folder: Prompt for Adobe file name
Adobe Page size: Letter (change as needed)
Check the following check boxes
View Adobe PDf Results,
Add Document Information,
Rely on system fonts only,
Delete Log files for successful jobs.
Select OK
A pop will ask you where you want to save the document. The file extension should be PDF. After giving the file name select okay and the file should popup as a PDF. Down side is if you want to speaker notes included then you will have to do another file, like wise with just screen shots then combine into one PDF document.
I used Acrobat IX Pro. So to do this you need Acrobat IX or X Pro.

I'm having some hiccups getting Adobe to register the software, but since I set it as the default .pdf reader during setup, things try (and fail) to open in the as yet unregistered software. How can I change it temporariiy to the Acrobat Reader XI that I have installed?

I'd opened file with the 'Open with' feature then clicking Adobe Reader,
but that didn't do it. When I used 'Open with', then 'Choose default
program...', it worked like a charm.

Bi Publisher is great, but has a very high price tag. It's even more expensive than Forms & Reports Services. We are considering APEX to replace Forms & Reports on the web, but the reporting limitations are still a problem.

Learning how to look things up in the documentation is time well spent investing in your career. To that end, you should drop everything else you are doing and do the following:

Locate the link for your Oracle product and version, and click on it.
You are now at the entire documentation set for your selected Oracle product and version.
BOOKMARK THAT LOCATION
Spend a few minutes just getting familiar with what is available here. Take special note of the "books" and "search" tabs. Under the "books" tab (for 10.x) or the "Master Book List" link (for 11.x) you will find the complete documentation library.
Spend a few minutes just getting familiar with what kind of documentation is available there by simply browsing the titles under the "Books" tab.
Open the Reference Manual and spend a few minutes looking through the table of contents to get familiar with what kind of information is available there.
Do the same with the SQL Reference Manual.
Do the same with the Utilities manual.
You don't have to read the above in depth. They are reference manuals. Just get familiar with what is there to be referenced. Ninety percent of the questions asked on this forum can be answered in less than 5 minutes by simply searching one of the above manuals.
Then set yourself a plan to dig deeper.
- Read a chapter a day from the Concepts Manual.
- Take a look in your alert log. One of the first things listed at startup is the initialization parms with non-default values. Read up on each one of them (listed in your alert log) in the Reference Manual.
- Take a look at your listener.ora, tnsnames.ora, and sqlnet.ora files. Go to the Network Administrators manual and read up on everything you see in those files.
- When you have finished reading the Concepts Manual, do it again.
