Apple does NOT unlock iPhones. Only the carrier to whom it is locked can unlock it officially.
If they will not unlock it, there is nothing that can be done officially.
There are litterally thousands of posts on this matter... doing a simple search would have provided the exact same answer without the need to create another pointless thread.

Most simple solution: restore from your backup. If you don't have a back up, now is a good time to start.
What version of iPhoto? Assuming 09 or later
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

If you are referring to The Songs Of Innocence album (£7.99) then that was given free to everyone three months ago, and was free until 13th October - you are sure that you've been charged, it's not a temporary store holding charge ? They're very nice, and from my own experience they've always found a solution for me. When you're frenzied it's sometimes nice to talk to a person instead of fill out a form. Well I assume that if the laptop is under warranty you should be able to get service for it. You can check the warranty status at http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=LOOK-WARNTY#sw That should tell you what the terms of your warranty are. If it is an international warranty you can get service at your local lenovo distributor. My t61 for example has a 3 year warranty that is valid in Turkey,. But also I have 1 year international, 2 years pan-Europeand and 3 year Turkish warranty. That was one ofthe stipulations in the contract when our thinkpads were purchased....

Tax code condition records are stored in condition table A003. The plantu2019s country (SD) or the company codeu2019s country (MM) along with the tax code, which was automatically determined from the SD/MM condition records, are used to read the tax condition records stored in table A003.
