How can I get a copy of my receipt from the automatic payment?
I have an account that converts pdf files to microsoft word or excel. It automatically renews every year. I would like to know if there is a way to get a receipt for the renewal. Cannot find a link in my account or a phone number to call.

How can I get my books that I download from the Library that are WMA files into my I tunes so I can listen to them. Well it started happening AGAIN with my 2nd IPod. No matter what I did, it Itunes would NOT restore it!
I finally installed Itunes on my hubby's PC at work and managed to get it restored there.
Apparently, there must be some sort of compatibility issue with the windows version of Itunes and some other piece of software on my pc.
And one more important thing! I had to follow the instructions in the other thread that talks about how to correctly uninstall itunes and quicktime, in order to completely eliminate ALL traces of my "first" ipod's existence so it wouldn't demand that I restore it.
I think the software got "confused" and thought when I connected my 2nd ipod, that it was the 1st and that it still needed to be restored.
Basically, this is just POORLY written and POORLY tested software! -

I lost my Hard disk and had to replace it with a new one, how can I get another copy of lion OS, as the guy at the serive center installed 10.6 for me.
P.S. I bought my macbook pro with preinstalled Lion OSIf you have a way to wipe 10.6.8 off, you can then reboot your machine (with no OS) and since your system came preinstalled with Lion, Internet Recovery should occur which will boot to Apple's servers into a Recovery HD for you to redownload and install Lion.
To be safe I would first make a clone of the current installation using Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper!. This way you have a way to recover. -

Or look on one of the Auction websites or places like iFixit.com for a replacement set.
If your Mac came new with any of the Download Only versions of OS X, Lion, Mt Lion or Mavericks you don't need any discs to reinstall OS X. You use the Online Internet Recovery system or the built in Recovery HD partition inb the internal hard drive.
For the built in Recovery HD hold down the Command + r keys at startup. For the Online system hold down the Command + Option/Alt + r keys and keep them held down until you see a globe on the screen. -
