So i recently bought scarface on i tunes on my mac. I decided to put the movie on my flash drive and then
play it in school from a HP laptop since we had exams and after we were finished we could do whatever.
When i tried to open it up, it didnt allow me. I was just wondering if there was any way i could fix that or
if anyone knows a method on how to get it to work.

Add it to iTunes on your HP and make sure your HP iTunes is authorized for the iTunes account you purchased the movie with.

I somehow lost a large amount of my music downloads and albums that I had uploaded to iTunes. How can I get the items I downloaded from iTunes Store again?

I upgraded my Anti-Virus and it included a storage box which I tried to use but it filled up with my iTunes music so I deleted that but evidently it also removed a lot of my music from my iTunes libraries. Virually any movie can be converted to another format with an appropriate converter, though you'll have to do this on a computer. If you'll tell us what operating system your computer runs, we can probably offer suggestions. OpenOffice supports QuickTime MOV files and WMV, among other formats, I believe.

If you don't have the movie on the old computer and you don't have the movie backed up on a disc somewhere, your only choice is to purchase the movie again. Currently, movie downloads are a one time deal andit is your responsibility to have a backup copy.
If you have the movie on the other computer still, you can burn it to a DVD and then copy it over to the new computer.
Personally, I have two computers and when I make a purchase on one, iTunes automatically copies it to the other and I have never lost videos or music in this manner.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can't, but you have a few alternatives.
Best option: If you made the movie on the DVD in iMovie (or even another editing application) and still have the project, go back to the project and export it for Apple TV (using the Apple TV preset)
Next best option: If you still have the original movie that you put on the DVD, open it in QuickTime and export it for Apple TV (using the Apple TV preset)
Worst option: Use something like Mpegstreamclip (Quicktime Mpeg2 playback component required) to convert the DVD to h264.

If the song does not appear in your Purchased folder, then you can go back to the Store, select the song again, go select "Buy", and press Enter. iTunes knows you already purchased it, so it won't charge you again. It will, in fact, tell you that you have already purchased this item, and will ask you if you want to download it again for free....
Just in case it is not to be found in the Purchased folder!
