How can i get a refund on the icloud storage i have just purchased?

i have just recently purchased extra storage on icloud , on the email i recieved it says i can get a full refund within 15 days of purchase, i went to apple store and they said to contact online , im so confused on how to communicate to solve this situation. please give me some guidence.

    I was able to get a refund processed for storage I accidentally purchased by calling the above number ^^.
    It did take me three calls because the system is fully automated and it was difficult speaking an answer to any of the automated questions that would actually get me to a live person - the first time I was automatically hung up on for not replying; the second time I couldn't get past the automated system.  The third time I was finally transferred to a live person; and after being transferred to a second live person it took about 20 minutes to get the refund processed.  I'm hoping it goes through and will be watching my credit card statement closely for the next week.  Apple will call me back a week from today to ensure the refund was processed.

    You can't, if the photos are in photostream you need a compatible device, if they are in a backup, you can only use the backup to restore to a new device.

If you are referring to The Songs Of Innocence album (£7.99) then that was given free to everyone three months ago, and was free until 13th October - you are sure that you've been charged, it's not a temporary store holding charge ? The purchase price should show on your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - or http://reportaproblem.apple.com on your iPad.

    How do I get a refund for a costly app that, after requesting a refund, appears to not offer one? How does one know if an app meets one's needs unless you try it first?

    I bought an game from the app store for 4.99. The description was written to be completely misleading and misrepresentative of the product (BADASS DUCATI: Street Monster).
    I notice the same developer has a number of apps. on the store following the same format. Also there are more under a different developer name.
    I emailed apple for a refund. No response (disappointing). I emailed the developer. No response (no surprise). Surely apple must have some responsibility to ensure that apps are correctly represented in their store and, by taking a commission on the transaction, should take some ownership of the contract of sale?
    Any suggestions how to get a refund? how to report these bogus apps so that apple can clean the shelves of rogue developers?
    Regardless of the success of a refund,  to see the apps get pulled and the developer banned would at least demonstrate that apple care about their consumers and are not supporting the app store as a platform for conmen.
