How can I get a replacement for my Install DVD?

I already had installed Logic Studio on my iMac. Now I wanted to install it on my MacBook as well.
When I took out the Install DVD from the insertion slot of my MacBook Pro, the edge of the slot scratched the top of the DVD and damaged it. ( How's that possible, by the way? )
Now I cannot finish the installation process. What can I do in order to get a replacement DVD?

You cannot get the screen replaced for free...that is an out of warranty accidental damage issue. The iPhone 4s will be replaced with another for $199 at an Apple store genius bar. Be sure to make a backup of your content, best done in iCloud so the Apple genius can restore your content to the replacement iPhone.

You can't. But if you backed up your computer prior to wiping it out, you should be able to restore your iTunes library, contacts, photos, etc. from that backup. Once you do, you can set the phone up again and just sync everything from your library back to it.
If you didn't back the computer up either, you can transfer items purchased on the phone into iTunes, and if you set up at least one contact in whatever application you sync your contacts to on the computer, it will offer to merge the address books on the first sync, saving those. Any media you'd acquired from sources other than the iTunes store will have to be re-downloaded from the source or re-ripped.
The iPhone is NOT a backup device.

Yes I have read of other reports from people saying theirs are fine. Go into your itunes store account and click on purchase history. Click on "Report a problem" at the bottom of the page. If it was your last purchase it should be at the top and have a link that you can click on that says "Report A problem". Follow the steps the screen gives from there. This is not a guarantee that you will receive a refund (or store credit which is what they would give) but one of the options is "Accidently clicked Buy" or something to that effect. Someone should email you within 12 hours I believe (the screen will tell you how long after you submit).

The app took over $35 from my account and there is no way this was authorized. Please advise on how I can recover these funds.

They did the same thing to me on 12/24/11. Apple overcharged me 3 times my purchase amount and have caused my bank account to be overdrawn!
I called my bank to make a statement of unauthorized charges AND filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Apple provided no way to contact a live rep and the email reps have been useless...so they left me no other option.
I think they do this to their customers very often. It is extremely dishonest.
I actually posted the above info on this discussion community earlier today...and Apple deleted it! If that isn't an admission of guilt, I don't know what is.
