How can I get a search bar added when trying to archieve emails in my IPhone's email app?
My IPhone email app is connected to my Outlook email system in which I have many archieved folders, when I want to place an email in my archieved folders on my IPhone I have to scroll a long list of archieved folders to find the right one, how can I get a search bar added to find it easier? My colleague' s Samsung has that function already and can't believe that Apple can be behind Samsung on this.

I understand that having a preset text that you did not want can be a bit frustrating when sending out text. To clarify, is the preset message like a signature at the end of your text? Does this only happen in text messages or when your send emails also? Is your SMS delivery confirmation on? Messaging>Settings>SMS delivery confirmation.

How can I get Advance Replacement Service added to our current contract?
We have a contract with description "SBS 8x5xNBD 3yr Small Business Support Svc(SBS)" which still has two years due. How can I tell if it already includes Advance Replacement for our country (Mexico) ? If not, is it possible to add this service?
I'm not sure but if you give the Small Business Support Center a call with your contract number or product serial number handy, they will be able to answer you.

Ive been trying get my tasks to show up in my calendar either on ical or outlook but am unable to, any ideas?
You have to sync your calendar with some type of service like Google or iCloud or the MS one, is it Outlook.com now, and whatever calendar system/program you are using has to support the sync with that serivce for those tasks to propagate to all your devices.
I use Thunderbird as an email program on both Mac and PC. My Android phone syncs to Google Calendar along with TBird add-on for a calendar on my PCs and the Mac calendar program in both Lion and Mt Lion sync to google as well. I can add a task on any of them and it shows up on all other devices. -

i got a new lenovo desktop windows 8.1,installed itunes and synced my iphone 4 no problems. then i imported a cd of songs which showed up in recently added but not in main library ,therefore it did not sync to the iphone. how can i get new songs to appear in the main library and sync properly

johnCheck the songs are really not in the Music section of the library by clicking the magnifying glass in the search box and unticking Search Entire Library if it is ticked, then typing in the name of the album. If the tracks still don't show try closing iTunes and deleting a hidden file called sentinel from inside your iTunes folder. This should make iTunes run an integrity check on the database when you start it again. Make sure the tracks are checked before you try syncing again.

My ipod nano was synced by itunes and removed all of my music and game files, and replaced my music with my kids music that they have put into the current itunes library. My music is nowhere to be found on my computer, so now I am in the long, forever process of adding my music back one cd at a time, but there is no history of tetris that I paid for from the itunes store. How can I get this game back for my ipod?

you and I know that your answer works because that is how I sync my ipad. I don't have a mac, just a PC with itunes. Now this guy might not even have itunes and is using Windows Media Player or something like that.
Or maybe he just do not want his problem fixed. I read these forums and too many of the questions are just way beyond basic computer knowledge, but it seems to happen that they can never resolve a very simple problem. It makes me wonder if people just post bogus stuff.
I would like to see registration to the forums attached to the product serial number of the forum you are posting to. I bet you that the posts would drop dramatically. -

Here's a positive thing: Windows viruses can't run on OS X, but they can be transferred from OS X to other PCs (only if you have them on the OS X volume).

You could get a virus from a different source that infected Steam and Chrome without any problem. Viruses normally try to infect as many files and programmes as possible.

How can I get the book box in preferences' general tab to show up so I can start adding books to my ipad? I am running OSX 10.9 and Itunes version 11.1.3(8) 64 bit.
