I moved my itunes folder to an external drive to free up some space on my imac. now when i click on the itunes icon in the dock it gives me a new itunes folder. went to preferences and put in the ext. drive identifier and asked it to change to it. still new itunes being displayed.

I have downloaded a film from iTunes from my iPad. When downloaded, at first I could see this downloaded film including the movie cover on the app called 'Video's'.

You need to look for your itunes library under Computers and select it, then music.
Music column is for web based content not local content, just to confuse everyone.

I actually figured it out...I had to go to the iTunes Library Extras.itdb file and give myself permission to have full control. THEN, I could go and estore a previos version. Once I had done this, I got the same message for iTunes Library Genius.itdb . . . I did the same thing with it and Voila'!!

From your backups. By doing a clean install you erased your startup volume. You may have installed OS X, but your personal software was erased. You can restore from backups if your have them. If not, then you've lost it all, permanently.

Try resetting your home screen layout, go to your setting>general>reset home screen layout.
