How can I get back to a previous state after I closed iTunes ?

Accidently, I uncrossed all my tracks in iTunes. Is there a way to cross/check the songs again that where previous crossed/checked? I closed iTunes and restarted the PC.

Select any of the tick-boxes while holding down the CTRL (control) button. This will tick every box in that list.
Undo is still on the menu bar. To display the menu bar in iTunes 11, use CTRL + B.

Did this back along to mine. Plug it into itunes on your pc (or Mac) and click on the ipod icon on the left hand side. When the device options come up on the main screen, click on restore. Follow the steps and it should restore to factory settings. If you had icloud activated on the ipod all previous purchases should be in the cloud and ready to download onto the ipod afte rit has been restored to factory settings, otherwise you'll have to download them all again. How can I get back all of my family videos from the iTunes monster?

So here's the thing.
Over the past few years I have accumulated a whole heap of home videos as well as movies, TV episodes etc. etc. which has grown and grown to the point where there was no more space on my 60GB hard drive.
So I go out and buy an 80GB video iPod so that I can store the videos on that.
I go through the extremely lengthy (3 days) and frustrating process of converting all my files to mp4 using Videora converter and load them onto iTunes and then onto my new iPod. I then click 'Manually manage songs' in my iPod options so that I could delete the videos from my computer, and have them still on my iPod. This was about a week ago and since then everything has been fine.
When updating my iPod this morning, I manually ejected the ipod once my new music was added, only to find that the ipod now contained NO VIDEOS! As it turns out, the iPod automaticaaly reverted to 'automatcally manage files' without my prompt.
So now whilst I have the files on iTunes, they cannot be found as they have been deleted and they are no longer on my iPod. Is there ANY way that I can get them back? Anything at all? System restore or something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you mean apps located in your itunes library then you check the apps you want on the iphoen in the apps tab when you have it connected to computers itunes

If you are backing up to your computer, check iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices, if there are nay other backups listed.
Since each backup replaces the old one if not used to restore from, your data might be lost since you seem to have backed up a phone without any personal data.

Since it was the first time I had plugged it in, the Mac asked me to do some stuff. After my iPod started to sync, everything was fine. I then had to leave, so I ejected it and left. It kept syncing until I was out of the wi-fi range and down the road. I go into Temple Run, and find my game I was playing gone. The coins weren't added, and the high score wasn't even updated. When I came home, I tried syncing it again, and the info still didn't come back. Is is possible to regain the data back? I just really want the 7 million high score back...

Try restoring from backup. If yu did not backup since you messed up, restoring from backup should get you back to when the backup was made. Got to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says "Prevent iPod...syncing" otherwise when you connect, a backup will be made that does not contain the info you want.

You should be importing all pics and vids taken with iphone regularly as you would with any digital camera, most especially before any update or restore
If you failed to do this, then they are very likely gone.
