How can I see a flat list of everything I purchased on the app store, ever?

I am trying to remember an app I bought and deleted ages ago. I tried connecting my iPhone to iTunes and looked under apps, where you can see your history but I must have cleaned that up at some point. Under the store, purchase history, there is a tool to review purchases there. It's possibly the worst thing apple has ever done. I cannot export that data as a list or scroll through the whole thing.
The problem is that I am sure I would remember it when I saw it, but I can't until I see it.
Basically, a chicken and the egg problem.

If you purchased this under a different apple ID then it wouldn't be listed under your current Apple ID... if you have only ever had 1 apple ID then it would be there but if you;'ve purchased quite a bit then it would be hard to find!

iPhone warranty is not international, but is valid only in
the country of original purchase. Since you bought the iPhone
in the UK, your warranty is valid anywhere in the EU but not
in Egypt. You can gry taking it to an Apple authorized reseller,

I would like to know the answer to that one. I realized this was happening just after upgradeing my iOS to 6. Then when I looked up my purchase date, I was about 5 days past my one year warranty. So I'm dead in the water. Apple will replace the battery, but it will be about $80+. I took it to the Apple store, and they checked a bunch of stuff, but said that it seemed ok. I'm debating getting a battery for a more reasonable price off of ebay. But if it's the iOS thats draining the battery, then I'm not going to be able to help it. For this particular issue, it does look like a design problem. From the screen shots, I'm guessing that the light gray box is using negative top margin to overlap the darker dray box. I think for this change the dark gray box to use height:auto and add a padding-bottom to it for the current space below the text. That way when the text starts to push down there will be a constant amout of space from the bottom of the text to the bottom of the dark gray box and that will push the light gray box down as well.

You may have installed the "VSearch" trojan. Remove it as follows.
Malware is always changing to get around the defenses against it. These instructions are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Step 1
From the Safari menu bar, select
          Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Uninstall any extensions you don't know you need, including any that have the word "Spigot," "Trovi," or "Conduit" in the description. If in doubt, uninstall all extensions. Do the equivalent for the Firefox and Chrome browsers, if you use either of those.
Reset the home page and default search engine in all the browsers, if it was changed.
Step 2
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.vsearch.agent.plist
Right-click or control-click the line and select
          Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item named "com.vsearch.agent.plist" selected. Drag the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password.
Repeat with each of these lines:

The problem may have started when you downloaded and ran an application called "MPlayerX." That's the name of a legitimate free movie player, but the name is also used fraudulently to distribute VSearch. If there is an item with that name in the Applications folder, delete it, and if you wish, replace it with the genuine article from mplayerx.org.
This trojan is often found on illegal websites that traffic in pirated content such as movies. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect more of the same, and worse, to follow.
You may be wondering why you didn't get a warning from Gatekeeper about installing software from an unknown developer, as you should have. The reason is that the Internet criminal behind VSearch has a codesigning certificate issued by Apple, which causes Gatekeeper to give the installer a pass. Apple could revoke the certificate, but as of this writing has not done so, even though it's aware of the problem. This failure of oversight has compromised both Gatekeeper and the Developer ID program. You can't rely on Gatekeeper alone to protect you from harmful software.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
          Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.

If the iPhone has Activation Lock - that is, it's asking for the previous owner's Apple ID and password to activate the device - then you will need that information, or you'll need to get the previous owner to remove the device from his/her iCloud account:

If you can't reach the previous owner or he/she is unwilling to cooperate, then the device is unusable by you. If you recently purchased the iPhone, return it for a refund if you can.

How can I get my instructional text to display when I open the pdf?

I have some fields which I have set up which have help/instructions for completing the information required. This is a questionnaire. When I save it as a pdf, the instsructional text does not display. I would really appreciate if someone can tell me how to fix this.

Thanks for taking the time to respond to my query. The text does not display when I hover my mouse over it.

How can I get Acrobat Reader X to send my pdf to the printer?

My pdf just looks at me while I push all of the buttons, file menus and keyboard shortcuts associated with printing and it does nothing. No dialog box, no nothing. All three of my printers work and i've tried them all. It just doesn't do anything. Any suggestions? I really need help here.
