How can I get my century link email ([email protected]) to come on my iphone in Mail and not accessing it through safari?
Contact your mail provider for the correct settings to use, and go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars and add the account.

Try using Siri and ask "Who's phone is this?" It should give you the name, number, and email address of the owner. Also, you can try swiping to unlock, select Emergency, then see if they have a Medical ID set up. If they do, they may have the name of a contact with a phone number listed.

Leave Mail running, but close its window (click red dot or ⌘W).
Right-click the Mail icon and use "Options" to enable "Open at Login". In the "Login Items" tab of "Users & Groups" system preference, check the "Hide" box next to Mail so it doesn't open a window when starting. -

You can't. There is no memory card. It uses flash memory that's soldered to the logic board. If you didn't back it up, your data is gone.

You don't. Delete 'stuff' you don't need or buy a phone with more storage. you can not increase or upgrade the internal storage in the iPhone.
