How can I get my girlfriends Iphone replaced?
My girlfriends Iphone batterey hardly lasts, and half the time wont even charge unless plugged into a computer. The phone also always freezes up. She bought it less than a year ago from AT&T. If we just take it in do they replace it right there or do they have to order one? Thank you.
As long as it less than a year old (i.e. still in warranty) take it to an Apple store (not AT&T) and they will replace it with a refurbished (old) iPhone with the same size as your girlfriends current one.

Another option is if you synced the iPhone with iTunes on the computer. If you did that, go into iTunes, go to Edit>Preferences>Devices, and locate your last backup. If you hover the mouse over that backup, it will display the serial number, phone number, IMEI, and UIUD.

If the iPhone has Find My iPhone activation lock enabled then you will not be able to activate the iPhone without entering the correct Apple ID and password it is locked to. Sorry but there is no way to bypass this.

I have a theory. You don’t want to controll your car, you want to controll somebody who is driving the car. Volvo XC 60 is a nice family car, usually used by married men between age of 35-45, probably with small children, so it’s very unlikely that you want to controll your teanage kid, mainly because probably even if you would give him/her to drive the car in the neighborhoud, I don’t think that he/she would be „several hundred miles away”… If your child is not young teneage anymore, and he/she has his/her own life, but you want to control him/her, that is sick… So I am convinced that you want to controll your husband who probably travelling often! My iPhone 5 lately has been experieincg lots of battery issues. I hardly get any battery life when on LTE and my phone gets really hot when using LTE or gaming and I turn off most location services and searching services. I also lose wifi connection alot. I have restored it many times even without backing up my data. Stedman1 is right. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com and follow the prompts for iPhone. That's how you can contact Apple either by phone or by Genius Bar appointment for service or replacement. Your phone has a one-year warranty on it, so none of the 5s are out of warranty yet.
By the way, you don't need to restore as new multiple times. That doesn't do anything different than the first time. -

iOS 5 is compatible with the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPhone 4S.
If your old iPhone is an iPhone 3G, you cannot install iOS 5 on it. -
