My sister has hers engraved and mine would look so pretty with my name on it:D
Any jeweller store can do it for you, as long as it doesnt cover the Apple Logo, GB's, or Serial number and information at the bottom hope this helps!

I have restored and updated my ipod from recovery mode, however I still have the usb cord and itunes icon on the ipod when it is switched on. How can I get my ipod to work again? I have updated and restored 5 times! When connected to itunes it only shows the summary page saying ipod in recovery mode.
Fixed it!
1. Made sure itunes software was up to date
2. Pressed and held 'home' button and 'on-off' button at the same time for about 10 seconds till ipod reset (I hadn't done this step previously)
3. Connected to itunes
4. Pressed restore and update ipod

- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.

The simplest -- and safest way for both sides -- is to use the same sort of cable you use for the AUX port on your car -- an min-jack to min-jack cable. Now Scroll down to find "Apple Mobile Device" Right click it when you see it and click on "Start". When it has started, close iTunes and replug in your iPod and it should show up.

Dell Windows XPIf the WMA files are "unprotected", iTunes can convert them when you add them to your library. It should do this automatically.

If not, see: How to convert a song to a different format using iTunes.
However, iTunes cannot convert "protected" WMA files.
The only way to convert these files would be to burn them to an "audio" cd and import that into iTunes as you would any other cd. -
